Drake was on his poker face again. It was like he programmed an imaginary 'i dont give a damn look' expression on his face.
"Earth to you Mr. Yu Heiress" I snapped my fingers in front of him.
His eyes turned to me and he just looked at me with a bored expression.
"What did you do to make me come to this dirty world again?" he asked me as he scrunched his nose.
"Oh come on Drake it's just a mall. And most of the world's dirt is found outside as well as the pollution plus pollutants. Mall is a little safer you know." I explained.
"This place is public." he snorted.
I hugged him sideways and look at his face. He is so tall and my height only reach his chin.
"Can you just enjoy this day please?" I pleaded.
He heaved a heavy sigh before clasping my face and kissed the tip of my nose.
"Okay. So where do you want to go?" he asked while scanning the area.
"We will just stroll around and I'll see if there's something worth buying."
We walked hand in hand and as much as possible we avoided the most crowded places.
I was looking straight ahead when Drake pulled me inside a fancy looking dining room.
"I'm hungry." he smiled.
We chose the farthest seat from the entrance. I just ordered a drink and something to nibble while Drake ordered nearly a buffet of delicacies.
"Your definition of hunger is quite broad." I smirked.
"My energy depletes faster than human energy does." He shoved mouthful on his mouth and chewed elegantly.
I just watch him eat heartfully. He looks content and I wanted to feed him everyday to see that side of him.
"Do I eat like a pig?" he chuckled.
I snapped out of my dreamland and smiled at him.
"No you're okay. You're still handsome though."
This big guy just winked at me and continue with his meal.
After few minutes, the waitress came and gave us the bill. Drake paid for the meal and left a tip on the table.
I decided to buy a new bag since I want a new one for the opening of classes.
"Can you suggest a botique?" I asked him.
"I don't even know one." he replied.
I sighed and decided to enter the first botique we found.
I nudged Drake to follow me but he snaked his arm around my waist instead.
"What's with you?" I raised my eyebrow at him.
"Nothing. Just showing off." he replied.
"You are so showy."
