I let out an annoyed sigh as I once again did all the work around here. I hated this job with a burning passion.  I remember back when I first got it I thought of it as a dream come true. I was so excited to be doing something I loved. Then these morons ruined that for me. I guess I'm just one of those people that dreams don't come true for.

"Devin?" I heard one of the girl from behind the counter say in away that she was trying to get my attention. The girl who called my name had shoulder length light brown hair and the color of her eyes were brown and dull looking, she had no spark to them. She was barely wearing any makeup which made her not look like an employee her, she looked like more of a customer if I was being honest.

I raised an eyebrow, keeping a straight face as I tried to show her how little I cared for this interaction."What do you want? If you can't see I'm working. You know that thing you are here to be doing." I snit at her, bringing my head higher so I could stick my nose up at her.

She coward back a bit at my tone. She was one of the few people in here I knew I could intimated, she was so easy to scared. "I'm sorry." She mumble under her breath as she pivoted on her feet. "This is Luna she is new here. I just thought I would tell you." She gesturing to the small girl next to her as she took a pause. "I'm going to go now." She mumble before quickly rushing away.

The girl that was standing next to her step forward with a big smile on her lips. She stuck her hand out to me. "I think April already told you but I'm Luna." She told me with a playful giggle that was out of place in this environment. It was light and airy holding none of the hostility I hear in everyone else voice. Maybe it's just because she new that it sounds this way.

I stuck my hand out and shook hers with a smirk. She seemed like someone I could get along with. At least she actually looked like someone who should be working in a makeup store unlike the rest of my co workers. Her look had some originality to it.

Luna had big blue, grayish toned doll like contacts in her eyes and it just brought fourth how doll like they looked on there own. She had long blonde hair with a little bit of black on the end of one of the strands on the side. Her makeup how a gothic feel to it and I could tell she put close to as much time into it as I would.

"April? That's her name? I have been here for years I have never learned anyones name and you are here for a few minutes and you already pick up on that. Impressive." I told her in a mocking way even though I was being fully honest with that statement.

She let out a laugh at my my words that I was surprised by. I was expecting her to be upset by my comment but it was having the exact opposite effect on her.

"I mean I will probably forget it in a few hours if I'm being honest with you. The only reason I know that is because I just heard it. I have a horrible memory and there was nothing memorable about her what so ever." Luna told to me with a snicker that made me see that she was going to be easy to get along with.

There was a loud bang from the back of the shop and I heard a group of my other co worker laughing. The two of us both lent to look over in the direction of where the noise came from and I wasn't amused by what I saw.

On the ground was all the items I had just stocked and it seems like they were messing around and one of them fell into the shelve which caused everything to fall. They were laughing even louder as the one girl struggled to get to her feet and none of them seemed to be making any effort to clean the mess they had a hand in causing. There is no way these people are adults I swear, they have no sense of responsibility. The world would be a better place without all of them.

I let out a loud, annoyed sigh before I even tried to deal with them. "Are any of you going to clean that up? I would appreciate it you did if you did since you know I just stocked all of that." I asked them with as much spite and annoyance coming through in my voice as I could do.
