Chapter 8 (True New)

"Wake up Sleepy head!" Daniel said throwing a pillow at my face

"Ughh" I throw it back

"Hey we have school!" Daniel fired back

"Wait,where am I?" I say while sitting down and rubbing my eyes.

"Idk,maybe my home?" He said chuckling

I get out of the bed as fast as I can
"what's the time?,where's my phone?,you are telling me everything that happened at school,clear?"I said while putting my footwears on

"Okay Lady,jeez try the new trend 'breathing'" he said

I chucked and hugged him bye,I ran to my home as fast as I could.I wanted to check the time and *boom* I left my phone at his place. Great!

I finally reached at my home.
I rang the door bell and finally mum opened the door

"Hey ma,sorry I will explain everything later" I said and ran back to my room

7:00am I read the clock on my side desk
Okay thank god I have enough time to get ready,school starts at 8

I ran in the shower,got dressed in a simple Black& White shirt with Black High waist jeans and black sneakers.Applied Mascara and there! I am ready.

I can't scroll through instagram,well obviously because I don't have my phone,so I went down to complete the explanation I left behind

"Hey Ma,sorry I thought I was getting late, and I left my phone at Daniel ' s place and last night I was there so everything is completely alright and I wasn't kidnapped or anything like that" I ranted

My mom chuckled and said "I know,Mrs.Craig called me and told me that you and Daniel had this planned before but you didn't tell me,it shouldn't happen again okay?" I nodded

So great Daniel lied to his mom (Mrs. Craig)   for me.Well she is like my  mom to me so I made a mental note to thank Daniel and Apologise to Mrs.Craig 

I grabbed my backpack and off I go because I was definitely not in the state of having breakfast,I had to talk to Daniel Asap

Surprisingly Grayson didn't annoy me in the-- oh wait,oh now I know what exactly happened. I don't want to face him at school,Where was he in the morning anyway!?,I know I am not supposed to care but he was drunk alright?

"Hey hold up,what's the rush" someone said,I turned around to see Veronica

"Hey ron" I say
"So what's the latest news" she said
"I don't know,I am not the gossip queen,you tell me what's up" I said
She rolled her eyes
"Dahling you need to learn alot of stuff" she said

The rest of the walk was super fun and as we approached to the gate I saw him with the populars

"As they say all good things must come to an end,Bye ron meet you later" I say and hugged her
"What wise scholar said that?" She asked
I chuckled and said "Aria Montgomery from Pretty Little Liars "
We both laughed and went our own ways

I opened my locker and shoved my backpack inside,took my stuff that I needed for the Lab class and walked towards the class.
Wait Daniel!? I thought
I wanted to go look for him but then I saw him with Toby,Sara,Amanda and 'him'

I turned around and started walking to my class again,I heard him calling my name and obviously I ignored it.

Uh the class just started 5 minutes back and I am already done,the teacher is not here yet! I put my head on the desk when the lab's door opened and
Grayson walked in,
I wasn't looking at him,okay fine,maybe I was but not in a way that he could see me.

He walked up to me and sat next to me
"Hello there Thompson" he said and I guarantee you that he doesn't know what happened and is acting like my bully because the tone wasn't exactly 'friendly'

"Told you Adriel" I said softly
"What?" He asked
That's when Mrs. Millet finally walks in

After the role call she gave us a project to do during our summer break,yes! One more week and hell takes a break
And ofcourse I was destined to be partners with Grayson,kill me now!
The bell rang

"Meet you at lunch Thompson" he said and walked out the lab.

We don't call this bullying,do we?
Maybe Adriel was right,Maybe he won't bully me.

Anyway
I had Maths,Gym,Literature and then Lunch!

*at lunch*

I walked up to our table and saw Adriel,Toby and Daniel there

I sat down and said "Where's Ron?"

"Idk she had this council thing" Toby Said

"Wierd!,..oh Daniel I left my phone at your place" I say while taking a bite of my salad

"Oh ya here you go,don't worry,I didn't see the contact names on your phone" he said with the sarcastic tone

"Don't you dare open your mouth" I said chuckling

"Where did you two suddenly go last night" Toby said

"I saw Em running out so I ran after her and long story short she crashed at my place" Daniel replied

"Alright" toby said laughing "why were you running Emma?"

"About that,Adriel can you come to my place after school,we have some things to talk about" I say politely because honestly I wasn't angry with her

She nodded,I know she thinks that I am angry so I gave her a "Don't worry" look, she smiled and the rest of the lunch passed by talking about random stuff.

We had exactly 8 minutes left but I thought of leaving early,I waved them bye and walked towards my locker.

I felt like I was being pulled,well then obviously I was being pulled by  Grayson

"What the hell" I said
"What happened last night?" He asked

"Excuse me?" I replied

"I know something happened,Toby said that I was drunk and you helped me and then you are ignoring me since morning so obviously something happened"

"Try doing these calculations on your math tests,it will definitely help you" I said while walking away

"Don't you sass me,Miss" Grayson said pulling me again

"I will get late, I will talk to you later" I said and walked away.

Was this seriously my new true life? Running away from Grayson,avoiding the populars? who btw taunted me about my body in Gym as usual.

Hey guys this wasn't supposed to be the end of this chapter but I guess it is already long so I will drop the drama bomb in the next chapter.
