Tom's POV

"Ready to pay a visit to your new favorite place?" I asked.

"I'll be the judge of that."

"Yeah, you're a pretty judgy person, aren't ya?"

She rolled her eyes, "Offensive, but true."

I opened a portal. I knew Janna was going to love the Underworld so much. We stepped through.

"Wow," were her first words.

"Good wow or bad wow?"

"Hell's supposed to be bad but it looks pretty good to me."

She didn't have to know she was the first one to say that. "You wanna prank some demons?"

"Yeah, sure. And if they get mad and kill me, you can cremate or bury me, I'm fine with whatever."

"Let's just focus on you not getting killed." I laughed.

I liked her carelessness. It kind of reminded me of Star, which was a sad thing, but still.

"Don't be sad. Star isn't here. Right now, it's just you, me, and Hell," she smiled mischievously.

Did she just read my mind? Nah, I'm imagining stuff.

"Okay, let's see... How about that old man right there?" Janna asked.

"Looks unsuspecting. Try it out."

She sprinted toward the man, panting, tapped him on his shoulder, and said: "Sir! Sir! I was sent by your wife. I have terrible news!"

"What?! What happened??" The man started freaking out. Damn, he genuinely believed this.

"It's about-- about your daughter!"

Wait, how did Janna know that this man had a daughter?

"WHAT?!"

"Yeah, she's terribly sick, and she-- AH!" She fell to the ground, in agonizing pain. I ran to her aid.

"JANNA!" I took her in my arms. She shrieked and grabbed her throat.

"I'm dying, Tom..." she said weakly.

"Excuse me, before you die, COULD YOU JUST TELL ME WHAT'S WRONG WITH ELIZA??"

"I... can't... breathe..."

"It's gonna be okay, we need to call a doctor!" I said.

"There aren't any doctors in the Underworld, just let her die, ya moron! Now, WHAT IS WRONG WITH MY DAUGHTER??"

"You, my friend, are a shit person," Janna said in a cold tone. She got up. The man looked very surprised.

"Go away," she told the man. He slowly waddled away and tried to pretend like nothing happened.

"Nice one," I said.

"Yeah, I use this to determine whether someone's a good or a bad person. You really upped my performance this time, though."

"I gotta say, I was worried about ya there for a sec," I told her.

"I know," she said, smirking. "Of course you were."
