I grabbed my phone and cap before I looked around my empty room for the last time and walked out to meet Zach and everyone else downstairs.
"You look gorgeous. Your mom would be so proud of you." David said as I go down the stairs and went into the living room. I smiled up at home and brought him into a hug.
"Thank you dad. I know she is. I just wish she were here to see it herself." I said bringing myself down.
" hey hey hey. She is here. She'll always be here with you. Right by your side." David said cheering me up. I fought away the tears and smiled at him.
"You're right. Thank you." I said hugging him again.
"Babe you look amazing. Can you believe today's the day we'll be completely done with high school? Those 4 yeas were something huh?" Zach said pulling me into a hug.
Thanks babe. Yeah I totally agree. So mush happened in those 4 years good and bad. Well lets go before we are late. I'm taking my truck. are you riding with me or is your mom ting you? I asked him after I grabbed my keys and turned towards him again.
"I'm bringing my car and my mom is just going to follow me." I nodded and tuned towards everyone else.
"Alright. Lets go." I said before turning towards the front door. "Oh wait I forgot something! I'll meet you guys outside."I said as I went back upstairs to my room. I grabebd my backpack off the floor and took one last look around my empty room. I remember the first day Zach and I actually hung out together.
FLASHBACK
Me Marie Zach and Ty walked back to my house and my mom was in the kitchen cooking so I decided to introduce her to everyone.
"Hey mom this is Zach Clayton Ty last name he never told me and you know Marie. Is it okay if we go to my room and hang out?"
"Hey guys. I'm Telosia. Nice to meet you. Yes. Y'all can go but no funny business."
"We promise."
I walked them to my room and I instantly flipped down onto my bed.
"Nice room you have here Lashea."
"Thanks Ty. They are all my favorite colors. And I have the perfect room. Watch."
I walk up to my window open the curtains and the blinds and show them Zach's house.
