Everyone I knew was standing about 5 feet away from me.
I fell to my knees and put my face in my hands while I cried happy tears. I heard people walking and I soon felt someone kneel down with me and hug me.
I looked up and it was Zach. I threw my arms around his neck and pulled him into a tight hug.
"Happy birthday babygirl."
He helped me up and I wiped of my eyes drying them off and smiled at everyone.
"Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday dear Lashea! Happy birthday to youu!"
I heard someone singing but I couldn't see. I looked all around and everyone started parting two different ways and Shawn came walking down the middle with his guitar.
I had the biggest smile on my face and it felt like it was going to fall off. Soon everyone started joining in with him and when they were done I probably looked like a beat up raccoon because I put mascara on earlier.
"Aww don't cry Lashea. Cmon everyone. Group hug!" Rudan screamed guiding everyone towards me and wrapped his arms around me.
I had Zach on my left Rudan on my right Nick in front of me Edwin in the back and Timmy hugging Edwin. Everyone else just piled in and hugged whoever they could to created the group hug.
"I love you guys so much! But how? Who? Why?"
Everyone drifted away from me but not too far.
"Well I told them how much you hate birthdays so Marie got everyone together and planned this whole thing. You really know how to pick your friends." My mom said pointing over to Marie. I looked over at Marie and she was just standing there looking at me. I smiled really big and ran up to her embracing her in a big hug.
"Thank you so much. I don't know how I can't ever repay you for this."
"You don't have to thank me. You deserve to have everyone that cares about you together on your birthday."
"You're the bestest friend I could ever ask for. I love you so much."
"I love you I don't know what I would be doing now if I didn't meet you." We hugged for a few more minutes and I let go of her.
"What are we all waiting for?! Let go party!" I screamed causing everyone to scream with me. They all left to go inside the building which was this kind of teen club type thing.
I saw Zach standing waiting for me and I jogged over to him and hugged him again.
"I missed you so much." I said into the crook of his neck.
"I missed you too babe. Come on. Let's go party." I smiled at him and followed him into the building.
I've never really had a party for my birthday. Like when I turned 13 I just had my best friend at the time there and some of my family members but nothing like this. This is amazing.
When we got inside everyone was dancing to the music and singing along. I saw Shawn in the corner and I walked over to him with Zach trailing behind. When we reached him a wrapped my arms around his stomach and hugged him tight.
