When class is over Rookwood and I head to Charms. We meet up with Lily right outside the door. All of us go inside and we find a table in the back to ourselves. A small man goes to the front and climbs on top of a stack of books so he can see everyone in the class. He starts to speak in a squeaky voice. "Hello, class! My name is Professor Flitwick. I am the Charms teacher here at Hogwarts and I can't wait to have a wonderful year with you all. In this class, I will be teaching you different charms that you can use. This class acquires a wand." He lets his words sink in as people give excited murmurs. "Now let's begin with some simple charms that are easy to use."
An hour later...
We all filed out of class towards the Great Hall for lunch. When we're finished eating we go to the common room and drop off our stuff. Then we go outside and sit by the lake watching the Giant Squid squirm around. We throw him bits of bread that we brought with us from lunch.
A little bit later we go inside to get ready for our last few classes of the day.
When classes are over the three of us meet up outside of the Great Hall for dinner. We walk in and sit in the few remaining seats at the Gryffindor table. Across from us are the two boys from lunch that day.One of the boys-the one with the black messy hair- leans over and says, "Hello. My name is James Potter." The boy next too him, the one who caught my eye just the night before, says, "And I'm Sirius Black. What are your names?"
"My name is Autumndamort Ogden. But you can both call me Autumn." I say wondering if I should have said anything at all.
"My name is Rookwood Ogden."
"My name is Lily Evans."
"It's a pleasure to meet you all." Says Sirius. We all talk with each other. Our conversation drifts into Quidditch talk. Which I'm fine with that. James team is the Bulgarians though. But we can still be friends.
That's how it started. The group of friends wanting to be friends forever. To laugh together, cry together, talk together, and even joke together.
