I glanced at Julia one more time before May Belle opened the door for us. Dixie at my Left, Julia at my right. As the doors opened, I saw a bunch of familiar faces. We walked in, the sound of Julia's heals clicking at each step.
Julia's Pov
This is awesome... it was a big ball room half filled with people scattered around. When we started walked, I saw people staring and looked at Damian for help. "It's because your wearing my mother's dress, that's all." He whispered, continuing forward. A lady walked up to us and smiled.
"Damian, Dixie. It's nice to see you after so long." She said. She had red hair with gray streaks. "Hey! Meet Julia, my new big sister." Dixie said, taking my hand. "So, this is the lucky lady huh.." said the woman, she looked at Damian and his expression turned blank. "Hm, well looks like i have a grand daughter. My name is Maddie." Maddie said. "I call her Granny Madds. She's over 2 thousand years old!" Dixie said with an amazed voice. "That's awesome. Well, I guess that's nothing for vampires." I admitted. After talking a little more with Maddie, Dixie and Damian introduced me to different people as his fiance.
"Goodnight Vampires and witches and worlocks. I was bored so I took my father's place as he is down there with his wife." Said a voice, making the three of us turn towards it. On a stage stud Gene. He was pointed to the king and queen and chuckled when Author sighed. "And now for the future of this kingdom. My oldest brother Damian and his fiance, four eyes- I mean Julia." I spotlight was not on us and I hid my rage. My fists were clenched but I had a sweat smile on my face and bit my tongue to not say anything and embarrass myself and the royal family. "Thanks for the introduction.Gene." I forced myself to say. Thankfully it didn't sound so. "Your welcome sweetheart." He winked. "Four eyes?" Damian asked in a whisper. "I'll tell you later." I whispered back.

I saw a girl with cherry blonde hair in a red dress walk over and grab the mic from him. "What my brother meant to say was, welcome guests. My older brother, Damian, is going to be the king and needs a queen. We have found that queen and her name is Julia. They will both rule Merridan together." Said the familiar voice. She smiled at me from on the stage and I realized it was Maria. Oh my god.....I thought I'd never see her again......BUT WAIT WHAT! SHE'S A VAMPIRE!!?"
