The place is quiet, all students are either in bed, or pretending to be to prevent being thrown in the pit by the hall monitors. They went through to make sure all the students are in bed by curfew.
"Dude, I think I saw a student up" a hall monitor whispers to his partner. His partner gives him a nod and walking in the direction the hall Monitor was looking. They walk slowly towards the corner he saw the person turn.
"Do you hear that?" The first hall Monitor hisses, his partner shakes his head but stops in his tracks to listen, a steady beep was filling the halls. They begin walking towards the sound, they follow the sound to a locker, which is partly open, the first Hall monitor looks through the cracks of the locker.
"What do you see?" His partner asks, the hall monitor opened his mouth to speak but was blown back by a fiery explosions. In a sudden chain reaction explosions were erupting from every third locker. The building shakes, waking up most of the student's on the dorm levels. Men in black body suits, crashed the windows in each of the classrooms. Swarming the floors with them. Most of the students hear the sudden noises and snap to attention, trying to recall the training they have.
Changling, a small girl, turns into a bird and flies through the halls trying to find an exit. Students were crammed into the halls trying to do the same.
"Changling!" She hears from the sea of students. She stops in her tracks and searches the crowd for anyone she knew. She drops to the floor when she sees who it is, her best friend.
"Zhat's going on?" Changling asks, the girl shakes her head.
"Someone has broke into the school on the classroom levels, we need to get out of here before they find us up here" the girl answers, a sense of panic washes over Changling.

"Ignite! Ignite get up!" Hydro yells shaking his friend awake, she snaps her eyes open and looks around.
"What's happening?" She asks she looks over Hydro's shoulder peering into the sea of rushing kids. All she can hear is Beethoven playing into her headphones, she looks back at Hydro the look of panic spread across his usually soft features.
"We need to get out of here" He says, she stares at his lips reading what he says and nods. She whips her covers off of her and quickly runs out of the dorm room with Hydro, they fight through the crowd of kids.

"Something isn't right" Adapta says getting up from her bed, she peeks her head out of the door to see the rush of everyone.
"Babe what is it?" Her girlfriend Mirina asks, Adapta shrugs and opens the door the rest of the way, grabbing Mirina's hand and rushing into the sea of rushing heroes.

"What idiot breaks into a school full of superheros?" Damian asks to his best friend, all he gets in return is a shrug.
Another explosion is set off right in the entrance of the dorm level sending some students flying back to other students. The men in black body suits rush onto the level taking down anyone caught in the thick of the smoke. Another explosion goes off a little more down the hall, sending Adapta flying into the opposite wall, the side of her body that was near the explosion now shimmered in the light. Her skin turns slowly back into human skin, she frantically checked the now empty space for Mirnia, some heroes lay wounded on the floor, other most definitely dead. A rush of panic is sent through her looking around at all her classmates. Men in black suits come into the smoke checking for anyone that survived, She closes her eyes slightly and pretend to be dead when she sees one of the men in black body suits literally absorb a bodies looks. He now looked exactly like the guy in her Art of War class.
The men clear out and she breathes a quick sigh of relief. She inches her way to one of the dorm rooms unsure on who it belongs to, she runs for the window and quickly breaks it. She stands on the window seal, then thrusts herself out, she lands safely on the ground, even though it happens to be from the eighth floor.
In the panic, students are doing the same, only not all of them make it to the bottom safely. Other's have found a way through the bottom floor and now exiting. Slowly students trickle out of the burning building. Some windows are being lit up with people using their powers, other are spattered with blood.
"Hydro you can't be in here much longer" Ignite yells over her music, she forgot she is the only one who can hear it. Looking at how the flames were effecting him. A man in a body suit approached them kicking Ignite to the side and absorbing Hydro's look. Ignite thrusts her hands forward shooting flame at him, he goes up in flames screaming until he just drops. Ignite grabs Hydro and escapes through the crowd.
When they make it out of the building, they keep running until they get a far distance away with the rest of the kids who have made it out.
"Mirina don't!" Hydro hears someone yell but, can't see who. Hydro collapses on the ground coughing out the smoke that got into his lungs. Ignite stands over him, concern spread across her face. The flames stand out against the night sky it's too bright to see through causing a lot of the students to squint. Some of the surviving staff tries to gather up the remaining students, a little farther away. Until the entire thing gets one final explosion, debris falls everywhere while ash rain down on the people.
This was truly a disaster.
