Shyanne's pov

My eyes fluttered open. I look to see that Maggie hadn't come back because she wasn't in her bed.

I feel Derek's presence. His chest was against my back and his arm was wrapped around my waist.
I shifted but then felt something poking my ass...

I pushed him with my hips. "Derek." I tried to wake him.
He just kept snoring.
"Derek?" I tapped him this time by his leg.

"Hm?" He said sleepily.
"Wake up." I said before sliding out of the bed.
I walked into the bathroom and started brushing my teeth.
When I finished I walked out to see Derek still sleeping.

I sighed and walked back up to him. "Derek?" I shook him.
"I didn't do anything." He said sleepily and tried to push my hands away.

"Are you always this difficult?" I asked.

I then heard knocking on the door.

Maggie forgot her key?

"It's me." I hear Cameron's voice.
My eyes widened and I started to slap Derek.

"Give me a sec!" I told him.

"Derek! Get up!" I whisper shouted. He looked at me with one eye open. "Cameron's here." I said told him.

Derek then sat up and stretched.
"Should I open the door for you?" He joked. I looked at him seriously.

"Shyanne. Just tell him. You don't wanna be with him anymore. Unless... you do?" He looked up at me. I shook my head. "No. I don't." I said.

"Then tell him." He said.
"I will, okay? I will. Just hide for now, please?" I begged.

"Where do you want me to go? The closet again? I almost fell out the last time." He rubbed his eyes.

"Maggie's bed." I said. He shrugged and got up. He went into her bed and I covered him with the blankets. "Don't make a sound." I told him before I opened the door.

Cameron gave me a smile before walking in. "Hey babe." He said before giving me a kiss.
"Hey. I called you last night." He said. "Yeah I just saw it this morning. I fell asleep." I lied.

"I figured." He nodded.

"So since there's no school today, I was thinking about hanging out. We can go wherever you want."
He suggested. I opened my mouth to say something as I ran my fingers through my hair. "I uh had plans. With Maggie." I bit my lip.

"It can't be rearranged?" He asked. I shook my head at him.
"Maggie, your ruining my day." Cameron laughed.

"She's kinda sleepy. She uh had problems with Hayes last night. That's why we're going out- to cheer her up." I said.

"Ohh. I get it. Girl bonding." He nodded slowly.

"I'm sure that it'll pass Maggie. Right?" He asked.

All he got was Derek farting as an answer.

"Wow. Never heard a girl pass gas like that before..." I then held my nose to stop smelling the stink.
"Or smell like that." He continued.

I slapped Derek's back.

"She'll be fine. I'll call you." I said. Cameron just nodded. "Okay. Yeah uh... I'm just gonna go." Cameron said as he quickly walked out the room.
