"Are you sure I can't punch him in the face?"
"Yes!"
"What if I break his nose a little?"
You turn to glare at your boyfriend. "Keith I said no, he isn't worth it. Let's just go." With that you turned and started to walk out of the cafeteria and into the Garrison's many halls. Keith reluctantly followed you, leaving the jock he had been wanting to punch.
Once outside in the hall, he grabbed your hand and pulled you around to face him. "Please (Y/N), I hate seeing you so upset, and that jock he deserved it after what he said about you." He pleaded looking down at you earnestly, seeing him look at you like that made the frown melt off your face. "Keith, it's fine really. Everyone knows that I failed the simulation...worse than Lance ever has. I just, I just have to accept that." You sighed and took your hand from his grip, folding them across your chest you leaned against the wall. "I'm the worst pilot in the Garrison."
Keith frowned hearing you say that about yourself, it may not seem like it to most people, but he cared deeply for you and hearing the insults and taunts that had been thrown your way lately angered him. The raven haired boy sighed and pulled you into a hug, the embrace was warm and comforting and you instinctively clung to him. "I'm sorry." You apologised, Keith merely rubbed your back in return. After a few moments of calming you down, he pulled away and smirked. "How about I teach you? Then you'll be the best pilot in the Garrison huh? How does that sound?"
You blinked at his offer before smiling and nodding a little. "I-I'd like that." You agreed with him, starting to feel a little better already. The teenager smirked wider. "Great! Now can I go punch that jock? Please?" Shaking your head you chuckled faintly. "Fine, but just a little punch!"
