I loved the idea of prom. It was my dream to go with Jason when we got together. I guess in a sense I am going with him because of the giant watermelon that is patrooding in stomach area. I never imagined being seven months pregnant when I went to prom. I actually never planned on being pregnant at all. I choose to wait until the delivery to find the gender out but part of me wants a boy more than I want a girl. I straighten my hair and put on some light make up before squeezing into the silver sparkly dress Jason had brought me for this day. Obviously I made a few alterations like make sure my enormous stomach would fit into it. Putting some silver earring on before placing the shiny silver shoes I chose to go with it. Grabbing my black clutch and walking downstairs of my home smiling at my parents. "You look beautiful sweetheart" dad said while mum just looked at me, personally think she is still getting her head around the idea of me being pregnant. Walking over to the door to meet James my date.

After a couple of photos of me and James we were off to the school for Prom. Walking in I got many looks which is just the norm now. Walking over to the punch bowl "would I be able to get a cup before you spike it" I ask Chuck who smiles at me and I passed me a cup "how you doing" "good as I can be I guess" "well you look beautiful even give Cheryl a run for her money" "always do" he laughs, I take a sip of the punch and walk back over to James. Who offers me a hand to dance while Archie is playing, which I happily accept. Dancing having a good time until I needed to sit down which was about half way through the song but I still had a good time. Saw Cheryl leaving but didn't want to ruin my night so I ignored it pretended I never saw her. Sitting there drinking a water as I had finished my cup of punch and it was now spiked.
Rubbing my stomach as I feel the little one move. "Active one I see" "yeah usually really active around this time of night" smiling at James. Rolling my eyes and grabbing his hand placing it on my stomach, watching his eyes light up made my night. "It makes my wish he was here to see this" with tears in my eyes "your going to be wishing that everyday of little ones life but you can't change the fact that he died" he reaches up and wipes my tears from my face. "At least you have me and Alec even Cheryl to remember him...Alec and I were there for most of the fun times most thank god we weren't there when little one was made" laughing at him and his attempt to make a joke. My eyes follow Archie Veronica and Betty leave and soon after Jug. Turning my attention back to James "well something happening" "clearly why are only the old people having fun" "they aren't the only ones Kevin and his boyfriend are out there" he laughed with me. "You know me and him where meant to be here he brought me this dress and made all these plans" "wasn't he going to runaway with you" "he was going to live in New York I would visit him all the time...I didn't want to leave my family" I lift up my hand and show him my hand.
