[Uncle Sam's Story]
We had reached the entrance to the tangled tree branch and stem forest and I sent three soldiers riding the jet-bikes into the forest to see if there were any sentries stationed anywhere ahead of us.
After sometime they came back to report that there were none and that the way was clear all the way for miles.
I ordered the troops forward and we started marching in.
After a mile of peaceful marching and when most of us were at ease. We were suddenly ambushed by our enemies.
One second they were not there and the next second it was like the sudden fall of the tsunami. We were surprised by the sheer bloodlust that we saw. The enemies were like out of their mind with our destruction - they were berserkers.
Despite the wood being so tightly packed we saw some of them come out of hidden places on both sides, some came from holes on the sides of the path and some afterwards came running towards us from the front.
My soldiers fought hard and the fighter jets were the only ones we could not use properly as there was no space but my commander was barking orders and the senior and junior officers were following suit and soon we were starting to gain some ground.
I kicked one of the enemies who was nearest to me on the groin and no matter how big it was, soon it was on its knees doubling over in pain and I did not wait or have to think twice - as my training took over and I shot the thing in the head.
I jumped high and karate chopped another in the throat and it fell clutching it's damaged throat.
My spider like tanks were moving forward and spreading now to the side and shooting the crap out of those big nasty creatures. We were winning!
Suddenly there was a massively loud thumping sound as a gigantic creature came crashing out of the forests ahead of us.
It was as big as a whale with large metallic teeth and big claws. It ripped and tore into the nearest three tanks as if they were nothing.
The Junior officers nearest it ordered their tanks and jet-bikes to shoot it down and they all concentrated their fire power on it but it seemed not to be working and the creature tore into five more tanks.
More fire power was now concentrated on it and two fighter jets fired some minor missiles on it and finally the beast lay down dead!
As we raised our voices and hands in victory - we saw ten more of those creatures crushing through the trees and coming for us!
