Princey's POV
It's been a couple of days since my conversation about logicality, that's how I decided to call Mor and Logic, with anxiety.
I haven't spoke to Morality yet. I didn't have the chance. Logic was always around or either was Thomas.
I had to do it. I walked in direction of his room preparing my speech. I had to convince him. I was about to knock on the door when it opened making me jump.
"Good evening, Prince."
"Logan? What are you doing here?" I couldn't help myself from smiling. I winked at him.
"I could ask you the same thing." He raised an eyebrow.
"Touché. Mind if I come in or you and Morality are too busy to have someone around?"
"What's that suppose to mean?" He frowned.
"Nothing!" Morality suddenly appeared smiling. "Princey, kiddo. Do you need something?"
"Actually, yes, Dad. Can we talk?" I smiled.
"Sure! Come in please. Logan was just leaving." He answered.
"I'll leave you to it." Logic said and left the room. I closed the door.
"I want to know everything." I said.
"There's nothing to know, Prince. Logan only needed help with some work he's doing."
"Help from you?" I asked. Then noticed how rude that sounded. "I don't mean it like that, Mor. It's just that is Logic we're talking about. He wouldn't ask for help to anyone. What kind of work is he doing anyway?"
"I know kiddo. Don't worry. I'm not sure. Something to understand feelings better, or something like that. I think is to help Thomas better."
"What kind of feelings?" I frowned.
"What do you mean what kind of feelings." He chuckled. "All types of feelings. He was doing a list of pros and cons of having feelings. He was just asking me stuff like love and happiness for someone else. If it was worth it or... not." Both, he and I, realised that something was wrong. Or either too good to be true.
"Morality. I think Logan is just trying to understand his feelings. His feelings of love towards YOU." I almost screamed full of excitement. "Oh my God. Do you understand what this means?! You have to tell him Morality! Yes yes yes. This is the sign we were all looking for. Now you can profess your undying love for him, he'll tell you that he loves you back and then you'll have to fight against his enemies to save him and that way you will be able to live happily ever after." I couldn't stop smiling. This was officially my new favourite romance.
He laughed. His eyes had that light again. I missed this Dad. The one that always sees the bright side. But then it all suddenly stopped.
"I don't know, Roman. What if we are just jumping to conclusions. We can't know why Logan wanted to know all that stuff."
"You'll never know if you don't tell him."
"What if I tell him and he rejects me?" He sat down on his bed putting his hands on his face and sighed. I couldn't take this anymore. It was so sad to see him like that.
"Mor," I sat down next to him and rubbed his back. "Everything will be okay. Trust me. I feel it. You have nothing to worry about."
"Of course you think everything will be alright, Princey. It's your nature to always think positively. You can't do otherwise. I know you mean good but it doesn't really change things if you tell me that it will be okay." He sighed and hugged me. I knew he was right. "I don't know what to do."
Neither did I. But I had to figure something out. It then came to me.
I was not going to change Morality's mind because I would think always that things would turn out in the best way possible. He needed it to hear it from someone who didn't.
He needed to hear it from someone who actually would believe it, not because he had to but just because he did.
He needed Anxiety.
