Surprises

Sean's P.O.V

It's only a couple weeks until Christmas and Asher had called and said he is super busy with class, so he might not be able to come home. "Get caught up with your classes, I don't want you to fail." Sean said. "I really want to see you I miss you." Asher said. Sean replied with a soft sigh.

Asher's P.O.V

Sean will be so surprised Asher thought as he looked his plan over. He was going to tell Sean he can't make it back for the holidays and then surprise him on Christmas day.

Part one was done Sean believed him. Asher felt bad but also didn't because Sean will be happy in the end if this all goes right. Asher packed up his stuff he was leaving next week. He couldn't be more excited.

Sean's P.O.V

Sean didn't think he could dread the holidays more. He missed Asher very much. Their relationship has been going pretty smooth lately.

They Skype and just talk on the phone regularly. They barely text because it isn't the same. Sean had to train a new kid at the library. Mostly just showing him how the shelves were set up.

Sean would be moved to the desk checking in and out the books into the computer. IT was boring but it got him a raise so he was pleased enough.

Time Skip Christmas Eve

Sean woke up and decided to try and Skype Asher. After a couple minutes and two tries Asher finally answered. What Sean didn't know was Asher was at a hotel right now a mile or so from Sean's. "Hey sleepy head." Sean said smiling at his bed headed boyfriend. "Hey cutie." Asher replied ruffling his own hair.

Sean blushed a look of realization hit when he got a glimpse of Asher's surroundings. "Where are you?" Sean asked. "At my apartment, why?" "It doesn't look  familiar." Sean stated.

"Makes sense I've never Skype you in this room." Asher played off.

Asher's P.O.V

Sean almost caught him. That's what he calls a close call. Sean and him skyped for a couple hours before Sean had to go because he still had to go shopping. They said their goodbyes and hung up. Asher breathed a sigh of relief and hopped in the shower. Tonight he thought.

AN: SORRY FOR THE SHORT P.O.V'S  AND JUMPING AROUND A LOT THESE ARE ALL FILLERS SO I CAN GET TO THE GOOD STUFF. AND I JUST REALIZED MY CAPS LOCK IS ON OOPS. WELL BACK TO THE STORY.

Time Skip Later that night.

Asher ran to the store and got Sean a gift. Asher got in his car and drove to Sean's it was currently 8 at night. Asher cautiously knocked on the door. Sean answered the door.

Sean's P.O.V

Who could be here this late? He thought and answered the door. Sean didn't even realize it was Asher at first, but when realization hit  Sean started crying and hugged Asher tightly knocking them over onto the snowy sidewalk.

Sean buried his face in Asher's shoulder hugging him tightly. Asher had his arms wrapped around him securely.  Sean just laid on Asher not letting him go. Asher finally convinced him to let go long enough for them both to stand up and go inside. Once inside Asher handed Sean a small box. "You can open it now or tomorrow I don't mind."

Sean set the box down and latched onto Asher again. Asher chuckled and kissed the top of Sean's head. "What are you doing here? How are you here?" Sean asked. "Well I've been at a hotel for a couple days." Asher explained.

"Why did you tell me you couldn't come home?" Sean said almost crying again. "Because i wanted to surprise you babe." Asher replied kissing Sean's face all over. Sean smiled and kissed Asher passionately. 

Asher's P.O.V

Asher insisted on making Sean and him dinner. Sean set up the table while Asher cooked. When Asher finished cooking he brought the food to the table and made Sean and himself a plate. "This is really good." Sean said taking another bite. "Thanks." Asher replied he had made them baked ziti. Sean finished up and so did Asher they took care of the food. Asher helped Sean with the dishes.

"Do you want to watch a movie or something?" Asher asked hugging Sean from behind. "If you want to." Sean replied and leaned into Asher.

Asher kissed the back of Sean's head and went to the living room to find a movie. Sean followed behind him. Asher finally decided on a "scary" movie.

Sean disagreed, but with lots of pleading Asher got his way and put in the movie.

Time skip 'scariest' part of the movie

Asher was laying on the couch cuddling Sean. The main chick had just got her head cut off. The killed walked through the house covered in blood. Sean rolled over and buried his head in Asher's chest.

Asher comforted him. "Is it over yet?" Sean's​ question being muffled by Asher's shirt. "What?" Asher asked.

"Is this over yet?" Sean moved looking up at Asher. "Almost." He replied.

Sean's P.O.V

Sean was scared so he cuddled into Asher's chest. Asher calmed him. He was getting tired but he wanted to wait until the end if the movie. That didn't work.

Sean slightly stirred when he felt himself being carried. Asher carried him to bed and climbed in next to him. He felt Asher kiss the top of his head.

Sean curled back up to Asher's chest.

Time Skip Christmas Morning

Sean woke up it was 9 am. He sat up carefully Asher was still sleeping. Sean smiled down at him before getting out of bed and grabbing the gift he was originally gonna give Asher when he saw him again, but since he was here he'd put it under the tree.

Sean looked on the table where he had left the little box Asher gave him last night but it wasn't there. He figured Asher put it away so he shrugged it off and made breakfast.

When Sean finished making breakfast and setting up the table his mother walked out. She worked last night and didn't get home until late.

"Merry Christmas mom." Sean said and made her a plate. "Merry Christmas dear." She replied and started eating. Sean went to his room to wake up Asher.

Asher was still sound asleep. Sean got on the bed and kissed Asher's face and down his neck. Asher smiled and hugged Sean tightly.

"5 more minutes." Asher said not releasing Sean. "But then your breakfast will get cold. Come on you need to get up." Sean whined.

Asher gave in and got up. "Merry Christmas babe." Asher said. "Merry Christmas." Sean replied and kissed Asher.

They went to the kitchen and ate breakfast. After breakfast they walked out to the living room to open presents.

Sean grabbed all of Asher's presents from under the tree and set them in front of Asher. Asher started opening them there were three which Sean was very excited to see him open.

Asher's P.O.V

Asher got a picture frame of them, a dog tag with the day they got together, and a sweatshirt of his favorite band. Asher got a great idea and said he had to go to the 'bathroom' Sean nodded and waited for him to get back.

Sean's mother stood in the kitchen. Asher walked into the kitchen and whispered to her "May I have your blessing?" She looked at him in shock. "Are you sure this shouldn't wait until you finish college?"

"College ends in March it's almost over." Asher says and smiles at her confidence evident. "I give you my blessing." She replied and chuckled softly.

Sean's mother followed Asher back out to the living room where Sean was. Asher pulled Sean up off the floor. Asher took a deep breath looking into Sean's eyes.
