Graduation day.

Sean walked across the stage and shook the hands of the teachers. When he reached the principal they shook hands and was handed his diploma. He smiled brightly and went to sit with the rest of the class.

A few students later Asher was walking and receiving his diploma. After receiving his he walked and sat with the class. When they got through all of the students Asher and Sean walked over to their mom's who were chatting.

Both of their mom's hugged them and told them how proud they were. Sean and Asher stood next to each other holding their diploma's high as their picture was taken.

After graduation they all went out to dinner to celebrate. Before the ceremony the boys talked about telling their parents they were dating. They have been together for almost a year now.

At the restaurant when the two felt the time was right they said it. "We're dating." Asher's sisters didn't understand at first, but caught on as did their mom's. Asher's mom was the first to speak. "That's cute." And then Sean's. "How long have you guys been together?"

"Almost a year now." Asher replied. "Why did you guys wait so long to tell us?" Sean's mother asked. "We didn't want you guys to flip out and not let us hang out together again."

Both mother's nodded in understanding. "You guys haven't you know yet right?" Asher's mother asked hopefully. "Mom we're out in public don't ask us stuff like that."

"Sweetie we just wanna make sure you used protection." "Mom. Please stop." Asher pleaded. Both mom's giggle at the two blushing boys.

After dinner the two families went home. That night when Sean went to sleep he smiled brightly. All the weight was finally off his shoulders.

Sean woke up to a loud crash downstairs. He jumped out of bed and ran to where the noise came from. When Sean got downstairs he went to the kitchen where a cowering Asher was standing.

"Morning..." Asher said laughing nervously. "Morning. What're you doing here?" "I wanted to make you breakfast, but I dropped the pan I was gonna use."

"I thought we were gonna meet up later though?" Sean asked walking over to Asher. "I couldn't wait to see you. I really wanted to surprise you." "It's fine babe." Sean laughed kissing Asher.

"Well happy one year Sean." Asher said smiling. "Happy one year." Sean replied. Asher made Sean breakfast. "So, what time did you get here?" "A couple minutes before you woke up."

Sean nodded and finished eating. "That was good babe." Asher smiled and took his plate putting it in the sink.

Time skip to the date.

Asher took Sean out to dinner. It was nice the restaurant was beautiful. After dinner Asher and Sean went for a walk. Their bodies being illuminated by the street lamps as they walked. Hand in hand Asher walked Sean to the bridge.

When they got to the bridge Asher placed his hand on Sean's cheek and smiled before kissing him. Sean kissed back passionately.

"This was amazing Asher." "I'm glad you thought so. I love you." "I love you too." Asher started to walk Sean home. Sean stopped and Asher did also looking back at him. "Asher are you gonna go to college?"

"Maybe. Why?" "I dunno. I'm not going to college." "Why not?" Asher replied. "Because I don't wanna be in school again. I never liked being around so many people."

"I know. But you can get a better job if you go." "I guess I'll think about it."
Asher smiled and held Sean's hand continuing their walk to Sean's house.
