The first week of school was finally over. Sean had survived. When he arrived home today his mother insisted on having Asher stay over for the weekend. Sean shrugged and texted Asher.
Sean: Hey wanna maybe hang out this weekend?
Asher: Sure. Gimme a sec and I'll be over.
S: Okay
There was a knock at the door and Sean answered it inviting Asher inside. Asher immediately ran up to Sean's bedroom and tossed his bag in a near by corner. "What do we wanna do?" Sean asked as he sits on his bed. "Too bad no one is throwing a party around here." Asher says laying across Sean's bed. "Why would you want to go to a party?" Sean asks curiously. "Girls of course!" "Oh... Well keep it down I don't want my mom coming in here." Asher laughs and gets on his phone. "Well actually I may have lied." "What do you mean by that?" "I mean it isn't this weekend, but it's next weekend. There's a big party a few blocks from here." "So? There is no way we could go." Sean says shaking his head in disapproval. "Who says we need permission. You stay the weekend at my place and my mom won't even notice if we sneak out." "And if we get caught?" Sean asks worriedly. "We won't lighten up you still have over a week to decide if you're coming." Asher pushes him playfully. "Well let's not think about that stuff right now. Wanna watch a movie or something?"
Sean and Asher ran down stairs and Asher picked the movie putting it in the DVD player, while Sean went to the kitchen and got popcorn. They only watched half of the movie because most of the time was spent tossing popcorn into each other's mouths. A high five was given every time one of the boys caught a piece. The pieces that missed stayed on the floor until they were done. When Sean's mother came to check on them she was a bit upset about the mess and pulled the broom and vacuum out of the closet, ordering Sean and Asher to clean their mess.
After Asher and Sean vacuumed and swept the mess in the living room they went for a walk. The wind blows, leaves fall from the trees being picked up in the gust. They kept walking, talking about whatever they could think of. "Who do you like?" Asher asked. "No one." "Really not anyone?" "Nope, what about you?" "I don't know her name."
"Describe her then." "Uh... Okay. Blonde hair kind of short and these beautiful blue eyes." Sean nods. "I don't know her." Sean replies. After awhile they agreed to being cold and decide to head back. They arrive back at Sean's house and run up to his room and lay on his bed. It is getting late and they make a bet to see who can stay up the longest. Asher bet 5 dollars that he could stay up the longest and Sean bet the same amount about himself. They were doing everything in their power to stay awake. That didn't last long though because by 4 am they were both passed out. When Sean woke up Asher was hanging off of the edge of the bed. Grabbing Asher's arm Sean pulled him up onto the bed and laid down to go back to sleep. As he started to drift off he felt a pair of arms wrap around him. "Ash?" Sean whispered, but when he didn't get a response he assumed that he was still sleeping. A small smile and a blush plastered Sean's face as he fell back asleep.
There was a knock on the door. Sean sat up, it was morning. "Come in." he said groggily. Sean looked down, him and Asher were no longer cuddling. Sean's mother walked in. "When did you boys go to bed last night?" "About 4." His mother shook her head. "Well just don't make a habit of it." Sean nodded and she went downstairs. Sean looked down at the sleeping Asher. He doesn't think Asher knew that he cuddled him last night, so he decides not to mention it.
Sean let's Asher sleep a while longer before Asher awakes on his own. Asher sat up his brown hair a mess and he runs his fingers through it yawning and smiling at Sean. "How did you sleep?" Sean asks and gets up. "Pretty good. What about you?" "Same." Sean responds and goes into the bathroom.
Before both boys knew the weekend was over and they would be going to school the next day. Asher's mother picked him up that night and Sean went up to his room falling asleep. The week went on as usual. He flew through all of his classes met Asher at lunch. Went for the rest of his classes and walked home with Asher after school.
The whole week Asher had been piecing together the last couple bugs in his plan. Sean would stay the weekend at Asher's and then that night after Asher's mother fell asleep they would sneak out and take the car driving to the party. Sean was still pretty reluctant about the whole plan, but was going along with it anyways.
Finally the plan would be put into place. Sean's mother talked with Asher's. Sean was allowed to stay the weekend at Asher's. Sean and Asher played video games all day. Asher's mother made them dinner and then called it a night. The boys ate and then got ready for the party giving Asher's mom time to fall asleep. Asher went and popped his head into his mother's room and she was asleep. Asher grabbed the keys off of the counter and both boys were off. When they arrived at the party music and lights were coming from the house. Cars were parked everywhere. Asher parked in the yard and they got out wondering inside.
When they walked inside Asher went to the kitchen and grabbed two beers handing one to Sean. Reluctantly Sean took it, opening it he took a sip. It burned his throat, but took another sip and it wasn't as bad as before. Asher smiled and popped his open taking a drink. "Do you like it?" Asher asked smiling. "Yeah." Sean lied. Asher grabbed his arm and pulled him through a big crowd of people. All around them were drunk teens, dancing, and bright lights that were giving Sean a headache, but he would never mention it to Asher.
Sean had finished 3 or 4 beers and he had no clue how many Asher had had. Whenever Sean set his beer down Asher was placing another one in his hand. None the less he drinks them they no longer burned his throat. Asher had run into people he knew so Sean just stood next to him. Asher's words were slurred and he was swaying slightly. Sean wanted to tell Asher they should leave, but he didn't want Asher to get mad at him. Asher walked away from his friends and grabbed two more beers handing one to Sean. Asher opened his and drank most of it quickly. Sean carefully took it away from him and set it down. Setting his own down he grabbed Asher's arm. "Come on Asher we should go." "What do you mean? The party is just getting started." Asher slurred. If Sean wasn't holding onto him he probably would have fallen. They had been here for a long time.
Sean started to pull Asher towards the door when Asher pushed Sean against the nearest wall. "A-asher what are you doing?" Asher didn't respond and crashed his lips against Sean's. Sean kissed back even though he knew Asher didn't know what he was doing, he still loved it. Asher started to kiss down Sean's neck and his hand had trailed up Sean's shirt. Sean reluctantly pushed Asher away and grabbed his arm dragging him outside. Sean fished through Asher's pockets and grabbed his keys. Getting Asher into the car was harder that it looked. Sean himself was a little tipsy and he was trying to control a drunk Asher. Once he finally got Asher into the car he got in himself and carefully attempted to drive back to Asher's.
Sean parked at a weird angle, but at least they made it home. Asher had passed out, but luckily Sean got him to wake up long enough to get up to the bedroom. Sean closed the bedroom door and Asher grabbed his arm pulling him onto the bed. Asher kissed him once more and started to remove Sean's shirt. Sean tried to push Asher away, but he felt like dead weight. Next thing Sean knew his shirt was off and Asher was biting and sucking on his collar bone. Sean finally got Asher off. He looked at his body red marks littered his chest and neck. Sean ignored them and fell asleep, Asher was already asleep.
When Sean woke up Asher was sitting up staring at him. "What happened to you?" Asher asked. Sean didn't answer. Do I tell him or don't I? He thought to himself. "Sean?"
