[December 25th, 2007]
Marietta knocked on the door of the bathroom.
Marietta: Come on Mommy, its time!
Inside the bathroom, Bridgette finished brushing her teeth.
Bridgette: What'd I say about bothering me this early?
Called Bridgette as she wiped her mouth and opened the door. She looked down at the eager and excited child and she chuckled.
Bridgette: Come on, let's go see what presents you've got.
She took Marietta downstairs and into the Living room. A Beautiful Christmas tree with decorations and presents were below. Lilian sat down on the couch with a camera in her hand. Marietta bent down to towards the present.
Bridgette: The green one with the pink bow is yours. The rest are for you're cousins and grandma.
Marietta took the green wrapped present in her hand. Lilian called towards her. Marietta smiled as the camera flashed. She teared the wrapping paper off and gasped.
Its a barbie doll with three dresses and some shoes. Bridgette Chuckled.
Bridgette: I know you like dolls, so I got you that one.
Marietta: Can I brush it now? Please!
Bridgette: Yeah, go get my brush. It's in my top drawer in my room.
Marietta went to go get Bridgette's brush but was stopped.
Bridgette: I'm not gonna get no sugar?
Marietta went back and hugged Bridgette. She then went back to getting the brush. Lilian smiled.
Lilian: I'm happy for you. I know she's not the original Marinette.
Bridgette: No she's not, but I don't care. I still love her.
Lilian: And i'm surprised no one found out yet.
Bridgette: Yeah, but that'll be a bad thing.
Lilian handed Bridgette her present she got her. Bridgette opened it and smiled. Its a picture of Marietta when she was 4 years old. She had cake all over her face. The memory made Bridgette giggle.
Bridgette: Thank You, I love it.
Bridgette handed Lilian her gift she got for her. Lilian opened it and smiled when she saw a necklace. A Beautiful necklace with pearls on it.
Lilian: I love it.
Marietta went back down with the brush. She saw Bridgette and Lilian and sat down in the middle of them. She gave them both a hug. The ladies hugged back and smiled.
Bridgette (Thinking): My family finally complete. I don't have to be sad anymore.
