Harry
Something seemed to fall apart in one little moment, they had been betrayed. They were cornered. How could he have not seen? How could he be so stupid? Of course, it was so simple; Malfoy was a double agent, he had betrayed them and helped lead them to their death. It was too late to warn the others, and if it wasn't he couldn't have done it anyway without raising alarm. Harry glanced at Malfoy, who looked like he was about to cry, he kept swallowing hard and blinking rapidly.
"Harry?" Hermione's voice drew nearer, "are you all right?" The tent mouth opened and Hermione appeared, Harry watched how her face changed as she took in the scene. Her face seemed to go slack, then her mouth dropped slightly and her eyes widened. She looked at Draco, "you!" She snarled, "you did this."
Lucius chuckled, "well done, but I suppose you always were top of the class."
Hermione scowled and Harry took an immediate step infront of her, not allowing any harm to befall his friend. The two Malfoys stood taking in the scene, Harry tried to read Draco's complex expression but came up with nothing - how he wished he had Hermione's intuition.
"What do you want?" Harry asked calmly.
"Want?" Lucius repeated, "no, we don't want anything. We need your beautiful little wife."
"Yeah? Well some people need more money but you don't see them getting that, " Harry challenged.
"Harry," Hermione whispered, "be careful."
Harry squeezed her wrist to assure her it was all right, "so why do you need Ginny?"
"You'll see..."

Harry found himself, Hermione and Ron locked away in a dark cell, all unsure of how they got there. A certain fiery young lady was missing, though, and Harry hoped he wasn't right in guessing where she was. Footsteps moved past the cell and the pale skin and hair of Draco Malfoy seemed to illuminate the area.
"Where is Ginny?" Harry snarled and Malfoy shrugged. Harry lost what little of his patience he had left. "Listen you filthy little traitor, tell me where she is!"
Malfoy held his hands up in surrender, "I honestly don't know!"
A scream reverberated off the walls, it made the hairs on Harry's neck stand up and tore at his every nerve. Only one person could make a scream like that. Panic soon began to settle in, he ran his hands through his hair in frustration. In all the confusion, Malfoy had slipped away and Harry felt like punching the wall in fury. A gentle tug on the sleeve awoke Harry to reality, Hermione was standing by the cell door, it was slightly ajar and she was pointing to it, with raised eyebrows. Almost weak with relief, Harry followed her and Ron out of the cell.
"What do we do?" Harry hissed at the pair of them.
Hermione's eyes widened in terror, "I don't know, you're the boss."
"You're the smart one," Harry shot back, "help me."
Hermione ran her hands over her face, turning forwards, then back, then fowards again, her eyes alight like flames. "Ambush, we ambush them. There may be more of them, but we're so much faster, we can beat them. I just know it."
Harry and Ron exchanged glances of wide-eyed amazement, Hermione didn't like to ambush (save the occassion in their sixth year when Hermione attacked Ron with birds) and they were surprised by the sudden change in personality.
"Hermione, this isn't going to work," Harry whispered to the bushy haired girl, who was hidden behind him and Ron.
"Yes it is," Hermione insisted, drawing her wand, "we'll be fine. Listen, when I say 'now' I want you to attack."
Harry nodded, staring into the dark corridors, imagining masked figures creeping out of its depth. He shuddered, Ginny was silent, her screams no longer reverberated off the walls, chills shot down Harry's spine. What if...? No, he couldn't think like that, he had to stay positive for Ginny. For his Ginny.
"Now," came Hermione's almost in audiable whisper. But Harry heard, he burst through the door, where two men stood, with Ginny lying on a table, blood bubbling at the corner of her mouth. Harry, Hermione and Ron pointed their wands at the men.
"If you would please get on your knees!" Harry said loudly and commandingly. No one moved so he blew a hole in the floor to prove his dominance. "ON YOUR KNEES! KNEEL!"
Hermione jerked her wand at the Death Eater who had been inching his hand towards his wand. "I wouldn't," she warned, "I really wouldn't."
The Death Eater dropped his hand and Hermione and Ron disarmed both of them. The married couple swiftly caught the wands and stowed them away. Harry directed his wand at the two men, along with Ron and Hermione.
"Now would be nice," Harry said calmly, the two men dropped to their knees. He muttered to Hermione, "get Ginny, get out of here, Ron and I will deal with these two. "
(A/N I love it when you call rank Harry!! Tell it captain! Tell it in your captain voice!)
Hermione scuttled over to Ginny and helped her up, she supported an unconcious Ginny back to Harry.
"Right," Ron said in an authoritive tone, "dissapparate out of here. We'll deal with these smackheads."
"Ron," Hermione smiled, "it is a bit sexy."
Ron winked, "I know."
Hermione turned on the spot and vanished in thin air. Slightly deterred by the bizarre and, frankly, disturbing conversation he had just heard, Harry mentally shook himself. No distractions. He turned his attention back to the two men kneeling before him, something about the smile on the second man's face gave him the chills. What the man said left him downright terrified.
"It's done, it's over, you're too late."
Harry directed his wand at the man, "what's done?"
The man simply replied, "the deed."
"What deed?" Demanded Harry, "tell me." But the man remained silent. "TELL ME!"
"There's a name, a name that no one says and he has returned."
Out of the shadows came a voice that shattered every nerve in Harry's body, "Harry Potter, how great to see you once more."
Then, the tall, pale body of Voldemort loomed into view.
