I walked for a bit alone to cool off before heading to Jodan's dorm room, so he didn't have to be worried about my attitude. It was my first time fighting with Hyorin for stupid nonsense so it kind of stressed me out and I left. I don't think I'll be going back tonight because I need to calm down and so does she. Finally, I texted Jodan to meet up with me and I waited and the entrance of the guys dorm. Not long after he came down and escorted me to his dorm room. I walked inside and sat on his couch and so did he while staring at me.
"Something's wrong?" He asked me concerned.
"I fought with Hyorin for stupid reasons. I don't want to head back for tonight so I was going to ask you if I could crash at your place for tonight" I asked him.
"Yeah you can stay. I'll just go and get you a blanket and pillow so you don't freeze to death" He says going to get the stuff and comming back with it.
"Thanks" I reply and take the things out of his hands.
"Can I tell you something?" I randomly said.
"Sure. What's up?" He replied.
"You are the only person I trust with Hyorin at the moment. But this is only between me and you. No Hyorin aloud in this. You understand me?" I say.
"Yeah?" He says concerned.
"In a week from now, I have a mission with Hyorin and the Masked Halos. There is a 50/50 chance I survive the mission but I haven't told Hyorin. I begged Bren to get Hyorin to stay in the base, to hack the systems and watch our every move, but she doesn't know that she is doing that nor does she know I'm risking my life" I reply to Jodan.
"This is some hard stuff your dealing with. Not just that but your actually prepared to die on this mission, that takes guts staying in the mission too, but why tell me all this?" He asked confused and in shock.
"Because, your the only one I can trust at keeping this a secret and I had to get it out. Since you were once part of them, I thought I should mention it to you too if you wanted to join in and maybe bring the gang" I said.
"Yeah I'll talk about it. Your seriously not going to change your mind in being in the battlefield huh" He replies with a sigh.
"Nothing will change my mind at all. Not even Hyorin" I said and he was shocked.
We talked for the rest of the night until it was finally 12 am and Jodan wanted to go to bed so I respected his choice and went to sleep too. The next morning, Jodan wakes me up as gentle as possible so I don't end up hitting him unconcious.
"Rin, wake up. School starts in about ten minutes" I heard him say and I got up.
"Thanks for waking me up. Let's go now so we get there in advance" I said as I left his dorm room.
We walked together to school and let's just say, I ignored searching for Hyorin, Baekhyun and Changkyun. I didn't want to confront Hyorin at the moment because I know that I might end up just fighting with her. When we got to class, Hyorin was there talking to Baekhyun and Changkyun was at my desk waiting for me. I walk up to my seat and stand there looking at him. He slowly gets up and I sit on the chair and Changkyun looks at me worried.
"Somethings up right?" He asked me.
"Nothing's up. I'm fine" I reply back to him coldly.
"You fought with Hyorin didn't you" He said and I looked at him in shock.
"How do you know?" I asked him.
"I just felt that was what happened. Anyways, come with me" He grabs onto my wrist and drags me out of the classroom.
"Hey! Where are we going ?" I asked him confused.
"We are skipping class. Just follow me and everything will be alright" Changkyun told me and I stayed silent the whole time of him dragging me.
~Changkyun's pov~
I dragged Rin to the basketball court. I knew she would probably want to get everything out of her so she could feel at ease so I decide to bring her when no one would usually come at this time of day. When we got here, I let go of her and she looked at me confused.
"Why did you bring me here?" She asked me.
"Because, I want you to let out all of your frustration" I replied back to her throwing her the basketball.
"This is pointless right now. Just take this back" She said handing me back the ball.
"Oh, I guess Rin isn't as good at basketball anymore is she" I said trying to provoke her and it worked.
"Fine, a game of five points, now give me the damn ball and let's start" She said and I passed her the ball.
"That's the Rin I know" I flashed her a smile.
We played for a bit and I could see that Rin didn't want to back down or lose so I tried to play slower. Eventually I got fed up and ended the game by making me win at 5 against 4. She was visibly irritated but calmed down going to sit on the grass. I went to join her by sitting next to her.
"Feeling any better?" I asked her.
"Thanks. I'm okay for now. I just don't want to go back and see Chaerin though" She replied to me.
"Why not ditch school for the day then?" I proposed to her.
"You'll end up getting in trouble if you do that" She said to me obviously showing that she was worried.
"I'll be fine, like I've always been" I said.
