I watched her doodle in her journal pushing her glasses back up on her nose. Her braided pigtails dropped down her beautiful pure and clean skin. I sighed and cleared my throat as I felt Ian nudge me.

"What are you doing?" He asked me.

"Nothing I'm just thinking-" I lied shaking my head.

He nodded as my attention went back to the cute nerdy girl. The bell rang and my friends headed out towards their next class. I watched them leave as I walked over to her. She looked up at me pushing her glasses back up on her nose.

"No I'm not gonna do your homework for money Mendes" she huffed pushing her books into her bag.

"What? No that's not what I was gonna ask about" I said shaking my head. "I was gonna ask what you're doing this weekend?"

"Why?" She scoffed crossing her arms over her chest.

"I was wondering if you wanted to hang out" I said scratching the back of my head.

"Uh I'm busy" she blushed pushing me out of the way.

"Well wait maybe I can do something with you like I could help you this weekend if you need it?" I suggested embarrassed.

"You won't want to do what I'm doing Shawn" she said looking me up and down.

"Well hey you never know, come on tell me"

"Meet me at the arena around 2 on Saturday, then we can hang out" she replied pushing her glasses up more.

"O-Oh alright sweet I'll see you then!" I shouted waving at her as she ran towards her class covering her face with her hand.

My mouth dropped as I saw all the people dressed in costumes. I gulped and looked down at Y/N.

"You said you wanted to do something, this is what I'm doing?" She shrugged as she tugged at my hand guiding me into the convention center.

"What is this?" I asked scratching the back of my head.

"Cosplay, it's an anime convention" she chuckled looking at all the plushies and books around her.

A smile spread across her face as she giggled at my red face.

"I told you you wouldn't like it, you can go home if you'd like" she waved her hand at me not paying attention.

I grabbed her hand and intertwined our fingers together.

"ah what are you doing?!" She shouted snatching her hand back stepping away from me.

"Who said anything about a date?" She asked me panicked with her glasses half off her face.

"Me, if I'm gonna be here with you, it's a date"
I smirked grabbing her glasses and placing them back on her face as she blushed madly as I held out her purse to her.

"You dummy!" She snatched it back blushing turning away from me.

She looked away intertwining our fingers together as we walked around. She did everything she could to ignore me. I chuckled and pointed at a couple plushie that I thought looked like her when she blushed. She would smack me but blush again. I picked a cute one out and gave it to her as I smiled down at her. She smirked up at me and kissed my cheek, this time I was blushing.
