I walked into my best friends' room. She was sitting on her bed typing on her computer and writing down definitions on paper. Tears streaming down her face, as she looked back and forth at the paper and bright screen.

"Y-Y/N?" I stuttered nervously closing the door behind me.

"Oh Shawn, hey" she said rubbing the back of her head wiping away the tears.

"You okay?" I asked sitting down next to her books and homework.

"What? Yeah, I'm fine" she sniffled.

"No you're not, tell me what's wrong?" 

She sighed and looked at her lap sniffling. 

"Why doesn't he love me Shawnie?"

"Sam? Because he's a clueless asshole remember. God why do you give him the time of day Y/N" I scoffed standing up pacing back and forth.

Sam, Sam, Sam. It was always about Sam, well I'm sick of it.

"Well sorry that I'm in love with someone who doesn't give a shit about me!" she shouted at me standing up.

"Y/N you don't understand how amazingly awesome you are. Every guy in the world should want you, but that guy, doesn't deserve you" I shook my head. "I'm your best friend, I should know"

"What do I do Shawn, it hurts too much to love him anymore" she sighed sitting back on the bed holding her knees to her chest.

I bent down in front of her and sighed lifting her chin.

"It'll be okay, I swear to you. Something better will come your way and everything will be alright" I nodded confidently.

"Thank you Shawn, you really are my best friend" she smiled back at me.

"Friend" I whispered looking at the ground.

She looked at me confused as I looked back up at her. I bit my lip and felt a burst of confidence, pushing her back on the bed, pressing my lips against hers.

We moved the books and computer to the side as kissed me back harder. She gripped my leather jacket tearing it off as I sucked and bit at her shoulders making her moan.

"This is moment where things get better, I'll make everything better for you Y/N, I promise" I moaned looking into her deep hazy eyes full of trust, lust, and love.
