Chase Is Back

"Hey want to ride that?" I asked. I pointed towards the Millennium Force.

We ended up at Cedar Point for our best friend day.

"You want me to ride that monster?" Jace asked. I nodded my head.

"Hell no! Who the fuck do you think I am? You know I hate heights!" he yelled.

"If you hate heights, why are we at Cedar Point?" I asked.

"You drove here and paid! I had a blind fold on the entire drive here! You don't remember? You made me put it on."

"Well I'm going on the ride whether you are or not." I said and started to walk towards the line. I looked back and noticed Jace just watching me walk away. I bet he's staring at my ass.

This ride was huge! The ride was blue and went over 200ft. I can't wait to get on it.

I get on big rides like this because of the adrenaline rush. I guess you could say I'm an adrenaline junkie.

I noticed the line moving forward and walked up towards it.

I always go for the back seats. I ended up in the very last seat.

I put the seat belt thingy on and the ride started. It moved very slow at first, building anticipation, then it shot down like a rocket. The ride went upside down in various loops.I felt like throwing up but it was a very cool ride.

I got off and walked towards Jace. He was standing right where I left him.

"You look like you just got electrocuted." He said with a chuckle.

"Shut up! Dude, lets go get some funnel cakes." I suggested.

We started to walk towards the food place and Jace stopped in his tracks. He stared straight ahead and I stood there looking confused.

I followed his eye and saw Chase standing there with a smug look on his face. He started to walk towards us but I pulled Jace away and headed towards the parking lot.

We got in the car and I pulled off.

"You okay?" I asked him.

"Y-yea. I'm fine. Why wouldn't I be?" He said.

"You look like you just saw a ghost and you kinda did. I thought Chase moved away?"

"I thought so too. That's what he told me anyway." He said.

Chase was Jace's ex-boyfriend. Chase was a total ass. I hated the guy. I hated the way he treated him. He beat him up and used him for sex. Jace fell in love with the guy and then Chase moved away without an explanation.

The car ride was silent. The only sound was our breathing.

"Why is he here?" Jace whispered.

"I don't know." I said honestly.

What could Chase possibly want? Does he want Jace or is he just here? Why did he move away?

Honestly I'm scared because I know Jace isn't over him. I'm scared because I know that if Chase says he wants Jace back, Jace will go with him.

Most of all, I'm scared because I might lose him.
