It was night time, Ardenti drove down the streets of new york city as a test for her motorcyle, which she had gotten from a bad deal. She turned a corner and gasped when it flew out from under her and skid to the side of the road at an entrance of an alley. She sighed loudly. 'i guess its not ready yet.' she thought as she got up and walked over to it amd lifted it up.
"You know Lily, its dangerous at night." A voice called out to her. She recognized the voice of her strange and nerdy best friend. She put down the kick stand and walked into the alley where Donnie leaned against the wall. "Also, sorry about the motor cycle. I just knew you would be coming this way." He told you.
"You popped my tire again."
"Ill replace it!"
"With enough force to knock it out from underneath me."
"Im sorry!"
"And then somehow pulled it towards you."
"..." He looked down and she laughed. "What?"
"You could have just texted me! Then i would have been able to bring my good car! Need any help on the shell razor?" She asked, earning a nod from him. "Kay, give me about 30 minutes to drag this back home."
"It's not in that bad condition." He pointed out.
"Work with me here."
"Oh, do you want me to pick you up?"he teased her, kinda hoping she would say yes.
"Nope. I can manage." She smiled at him and walked back to her motorcycle, leaving donnie by himself. He let out a small sigh and jumped down into the man hole, closing it behind him. Ardenti got onto her motorcycle and drive back to house, taking 10 minutes then rushed upstairs to her apartment and got ready quickly before dashing out again, giving her 5 minutes to get there.
Donnie was waiting for her at the nearest manhole and smiled at her.
"Is that... Lip gloss?" He asked seeing her, about amused.
"You act like i haven't worn makeup before."
"Well I'm sorry if i noticed." He opened it and helped her down before starting their way to the lair their "Hogwarts" as donnie liked to say. Such a nerd. Ardenti took a deep breath for courage. 'you know what? You Ardenti lilium are going to tell him just how you feel... If he asks.' she thought, in aware, obviously, that donnie thought the same thing.

So... She didn't tell him... Now she say on her bed, cursing herself for not telling him. 'of shouldn't be that hard! WHY IS THIS SO HARD!!' she huffed at how annoyed she were over this. She heard a knock on her window and looked, seeing a note tapped there and a... Purple heart? She smiled as she went over, opened the window and glanced at the roof across from her. She waved at donnie with a smile. He smiled and wanted back before jumping away. She stuck her head in and turned away. 'what does it say?' she wondered. She opened it carefully.

I wanted to tell you this but i was to scared...i know you might not want to see me again after this and that's OK but i really do want to tell you this... Ardenti lilium i love you, with all my heart. The only way i can seem to tell you is by letter... But yeah...i love you...

She smiled happily as she held the letter close to his chest. 'i can't wait to see you tomorrow my purple nerd.' she thought with a smile. 'and to tell you the same.'
