AN: im sorry i haven't been writing anything, im adding this not to all my books that i am going to be updating. i've just been going through alot lately so... yeah... and splinter needs a little love too people! Love sensei!

You found them all by accident. It was winter, you where walking in the sewers to get away from an abusive spouse. Splinter had taken his for children son to an area where snow was coming down, knowing how they enjoyed playing in the fluffy white drops of frozen water. He smiled as he watched them then paused, his ears twitching. He heard footsteps then a quiet gasp. He turned and looked at her, wide eyes and a ready-to-run stance. He looked at you, your (h/c) hair stuffed under you winter hat with a few strands escaping it, your nose red from the cold, and your (e/c) eyes looking at them in awe.

Your (somewhat) Pov (its complicated)

"Wow..." you said simply. You two looked at each other and he started to relax a bit. One of the four kids, one with baby blue eyes and freckles, threw a snow ball and instead of it hitting the one with green eyes, it went past him and hit your leg, causing him to gasp. Now all eyes where in you. 'Their children...' they all ran and hid behind the giant rat. You cleared your throat. "Hello."

"Hello miss, forgive my son for throwing the snowball." He said calmly, a small smile on his face. You smiled and shook her head.

"It's nothing, just a bit of snow." She peeked begins him at the four turtles. "Hello. What are all of your names?" The rat chuckled.

"Come out my sons. She means us no harm." He bent down as they line up in front of her. They had on scarves and coats. It was adorable. "This is Michelangelo," the one who threw the snowball earlier smiled brightly and waved, his orange scarf reaching his toes. "Donatello," the next one with drowning red eyes looked at you curiously, his purple scarf neatly tucked in his coat. "Raphael," the one with the greens eyes didn't look at you, his red scarf covered half of his face. "And Leonardo." The one with the blue eyes backed up a bit, shy. (Let's have him be a shy little bean.) you smiled at them all.

"Hello, I am (y/n). It is very nice to meet you all." You looked at the rat. "And, your name?" He smiled more at you.

"Just call me Splinter." You smiled back. Leonardo sneezed and got everyone's attention. It was adorable. "We should all be heading back. Would you like to join us?" You nodded, and watched as they all held hands and followed the unique train to their lair. You were grateful for the reason not to go back to your house.

~to the pleasant present because that was a memo!~

You watched from the couch as the four brothers all got ready to leave for their patrol, sipping your tea and legs crossed. "Be safe boys." you told then with a kind smile. they where all teenagers now. you have been there 10 years now. It was nice.

"Wait!" Michelangelo ran over to you and gave you a hug. "Bye mom!" the other three joined also, repeating what the youngest had told you. Most of them knew you weren't their mom, but mikey was too young to remember how you meet them and thought you where his mother. No one had the heart to tell him.

"Goodbye boys." They all rushed out, about to be late for patrol. You chuckled softly before standing up and going to the dojo to sit under the tree. It was peaceful as you closed your eyes and listened to the silence.

"Ah, they have left for patrol." You opened one eye and looked at your husband of three years. You smiled as you looked at him.

"Yes they have, with a wonderful hug and a darling 'goodbye mom' started by Michelangelo." You opened the other eye as he sat down in front of you. you offered him your cup of tea, since only half of the cup was left. he wrapped his hands around yours and smiled as he took the cup, then sipped the tea. "no one has the heart to tell him."

"Well, you are his step mother, better yet the only motherly figure they all have had. I just wish i would have met you earlier."

"Well, (random/n) made it hard to go anywhere. They were a very controlling and time consuming person. I probably would have if not for them." You told him with a chuckle. "Or maybe not. We will never know." He smiled at you gently, drinking the tea.

"I think we should watch a movie tonight, while they are gone."

"That sound wonderful." You smiled also, watching him stand. He offered you his hand and you took it, being helped to your feet. He kissed you before leading you to the living room where you picked a movie then both sat down together, him placing his arms around you. You had chosen a movie you both loved, (M/n). You both watched in silence as it played, him stroking your hair a bit in a soothing gesture. The soothing gesture ended up putting you to sleep halfway through the movie, in which he fell asleep soon after.

When the boys got back from their patrol, they saw their parents asleep on the couch, peaceful. Leo motioned for them to go to their rooms silently. They crept to their rooms as they watched to see if they would wake you both in the process, which they didn't. (Which is good because I have a feeling all you readers out there, if you even read this one, don't like to be woken up.)
