I could tell Evelyn was struggling with the death of her mom and remembering the past. We've put things on hold or asked if other hunters could take care of it. Even Bobby understood because both me and Sam know what it's like to lose both of our parents. And we all also decided that this house would be our new place when we're not on the road. And if I'm being honest I really wanted to ask Evelyn if she'd stay here and do kinda what Bobby does.
I'm not sure why but I don't want to see this girl get hurt anymore. She had a kinda normal life and now all that was taken away once she graduated high school and had to face the reality of losing her first love because of this hunting life. No one you cared about was safe. Nor was any hunter. We all could die the next day that was the thing.
We all were trying to save the world and do our best to fight monsters and saving people, but we could really only do so much until we all perish. That's why we fight our damnest to make this world a better place.
As I was watching Sam and Evelyn going through things I decided I'd fight for Evelyn too along with Sammy. We all had each other's backs. And mostly I wanted to fight for their future. I already decided I wasn't going to settle down I was going to gank every last demon and monster out there just to make their futures better.
"Dean? You okay?" Asked Sam.
"Yeah, I'm fine Sammy", I said.
"Alright", I think we have everything done", said Evelyn.
"Let's check out the bunker in the basement", I said.
