Oh my God. I still can't believe it... Did he just hug me...?

Heading back to my bedroom, I think of that moment all the time. And the deeper I recall, the more embarrassed I feel.

After taking shower, I think about what kind of gift should I buy for Jacks. And then I see Aiden's hat he gave to me. Maybe I can give it to Jacks because he likes his uncle so much and adores the Vigilante. This gift will make him really happy! Maybe I have to buy something else... like some chocolate or cookies?

I take out my cellphone and lie down on the bed. I found that there are 2 missed call and a message from Aiden. What's going on?

I click it and read. It says, 'Tiffany, I want to apologize first-- I'm afraid that I can't go visit Jacks with you tonight. There're something emergency I have to deal with. It's probably related to Nicky. Can you say hi to Jacks for me? I promise I'll make up for you and go see him some day. Thanks for understanding. Take care. --Aiden'

Looking at the screen, I'm worried about him so much. I want to call him back right now but... I think it's not the right time for this. I hope he can save Nicky as fast as possible... I stop feeling sad to thinking about what can I do now. I need to meet Jacks.

Before going visit, I have to call his psychologist first.

"Hello?" She answers my call really fast.

"Hello, Is this Dr. Mendez? Jackson's psychologist?"

"Oh yes. I am! And you are...?"

"This is Tiffany Rain. Aiden's friend."

"Hey Ms. Rain! It's good to hear from you. Mr. Pearce has mentioned you before. What can I help you?"

I'm glad that Jacks has been taken care of by this such nice person. "Well, I want to see Jacks tonight. Is it too late for visiting, I wonder?"

"Of course not! It's great to hear that. I think he needs someone to talk to. Maybe it's a good idea for you to come over."

"Thanks a lot! I'll be there by about 6:30, I want to buy something for him first!"

"Sounds great. I'll wait for your call. See you soon!"

"See you!" I hang up the phone and start to prepare my stuff. I wonder if Jacks likes chocolate or not. I'll buy some of them! And maybe I'll buy some fruits for Dr. Mendez.

After purchasing, I drive to Nicky's house. I park my car beside the street, and walk to the door. Just when I'm about to knock the door, a woman opens it and says, "Hi! Ms. Rain, right?"

"And you must be Dr. Mendez. Nice to meet you!" I reach my hand to her.

She shakes hand with me, "Nice to meet you, too!"

I give her a bag filled with fruits and sweets, "I bought some fruits for you! Thanks for taking care of Jacks."

"Oh! You're so kind! Come in!" She leads me into the house. And then she says toward the stairs, "Jackson! Tiffany comes to see you!"

He walks down the stairs and looks at me shyly. I bent down and say, "Jacks! I'm here to see you. How are you doing?"

He nods his head and smiles.

"When you called me an hour ago, " Yolanda says, "he was so excited and couldn't wait to see you! But he's too shy to show you that."

"Yeah, I know." I face to him, "I'm glade to see you, too!"
