A Little Bit of Time

Mates

"But there is one more thing I need to tell you that has nothing to do with them."
"What is it Derek," I questioned curiously
"We're mates I've known since the day I met you in the woods"
That is what shocked me the most. I was Derek freaking Hale's mate. The bad boy werewolf mate. Those were the last words that I heard because suddenly everything froze. I couldn't see, hear, or focus on anything other than my thoughts which decided to chant the word mates through my mind. I then realized something my eyesight was going in and out the next thing I know is that I'm falling and that is when everything goes black.
I wake up and realize that it is dark outside meaning that I was out for a few hours. Suddenly I heard what sounded like someone coming up the stairs and towards my room. The next thing I know is that someone turns my light on I look over at the doorway and see Derek standing there. Derek and I just stare at each other for a few minutes before he starts striding over to me. One minute Derek is stalking towards me and the next his lips are on mine.
I of course start kissing him back I mean who wouldn't he's a complete hottie. We just sit there kissing for a few minutes when suddenly he lays me down and starts to kiss up and down my neck trying to find my soft spot. Well let's just say he finds it and I ended up letting out the most embarrassing sound ever which causes Derek to smile while I blush as red as a tomato. Chuckling Derek stops kissing me and we just laid there cuddling with each other when I suddenly asked the question I've been dying to know since he kissed me.
"What are we Derek?" I questioned him nervously
"Well what do you want to be?" He questioned me
" A couple that is what I want to be I want to be your girlfriend," I told him honestly
" Well then we're a couple and your mine and I'm yours," he replied back ever so gently
Let's just say I ended up falling asleep while cuddling with him.
