Chapter 22

Jungkook's p.o.v

As we were fighting the ice monster, I saw Eris grab Yeseul's arm. Someone has to make sure the queen is safe right ?  They look like they were arguing.

I saw Eris disappear with Yeseul and came back alone when the other ice monster fell. I felt energy and power come to me. Jimin hyung finally noticed her and helped her. She wiped the blood off of her katanas and told Jimin something. I looked away for a second to blast the damn monster with fire.

I looked back and saw her walking and touching the others and came to me. I felt weaker. Her hair became red from black and held her hand out to the monster. Vine-like fire came crawling up the monster from the ground and it let out a powerful roar. We started adding more power to our attacks to it.

The fire became darker until it was almost black. It melted the ice a little as the queen tightened the grip on it. Tighter and tighter she went until the monster started screaming hysterically. All of a sudden, lightning started shooting out from the creature and hit Eris, Jin hyung, V hyung and Yoongi hyung. I looked back and saw Seraphina at her back and disappeared suddenly.

"Fuck" I cursed.

"Hyung ! Your Highness !" We all screamed in unison. I  hurried over to Eris. The monster cracked and glass shards came flying towards us until the three sisters put a shield up so we wouldn't get hurt.

"Sorry I was late." Harmonia grinned at us.

I looked back down to the girl on my lap. I shook her a little. She shifted and groaned. I sighed in relief. Taehyung and Harmonia walked towards us. She opened her eyes but her eyes are glossy.

"Clean Eris' room now. Hurry." Harmonia answered with urgency in her voice. The angels complied and disappeared.

"We'll help." Namjoon followed and disappeared. Taehyung and Harmonia stayed.

"God damn." I muttered and shook her.

"Eris." I shook her once. She wasn't responding. Awake but not responding.

"Your highness !" I shouted and shook her more with alarm in my voice. I let my hand glow white and tried to snap her out of whatever trance she's in.

A few seconds later, she screamed. It wasn't just any kind of scream. It was a heart breaking scream that could be heard throughout the castle. I set her down gently on the ground.

I hovered my hand over her head and and tried to snap her out of it again but it wasn't of any use. Taehyung sat beside me and put his hand beside mine and his hand glowed blue. He looks as worried as I am.

"The room is ready." Were the only words I needed to hear before I teleported to her room where the others are. I set her down gently, on the bed and continued doing what I was doing earlier. Taehyung arrived shortly after and continued to do the same.

"Eunha change her clothes. A nightgown would be appreciated." Harmonia ordered her. The younger girl nodded. With a flick of a hand, Eris is wearing a white nightgown which allowed us to see where her injuries are.

"Just do that and she might wake up sooner." She told us and we both nodded. Her hands glowed green as she healed all her wounds slowly.

"Yeseul give her some energy please." Yeseul held Eris' hand and dark blue came from her hand to Eris.

"Yoongi, look at how that bitch is making my sister suffer." Harmonia said. Yoongi touched her head and projected what was going on.

"No. The question is what have you done to them." She pointed to all the bodies in the floor. We all gasps. I looked back down at her and applied more energy to snap her back quickly.

"That's us. What the fuck is wrong with that bitch ?!" Jackson, one of Harmonia's angel shouted in rage. Harmonia clenched her fist and continued healing her.

Eris walked towards Seraphina but she held a finger out.

"No darling. I wouldn't take one step closer if you don't want to see her dead." She smiled cruelly and dragged Eunha by the hair. Illusion Eunha looked beaten up. Cuts all over her body and bruises everywhere.

"No." Eunha whispered and turned to her sister. She shook her.

"No God damn it ! I'm out here alive and well unnie ! Wake up and you'll see ! I'm fine you saved me !" She started screaming and Yeseul had to hold her back. Taehyung and I looked at each other and nodded. We combined our powers.

"Unnie. Please save me. I can't take it anymore. Please." Illusion Eunha begged. Eris was just there standing frozen and we couldn't do anything about it.

"It's not working damn it." I growled and put more power to it.

Eris told illusion Eunha that she's going to save her. Her voice cracked in the end. The real Eris had tears streaming down her face. My heart broke to see her like this. I wiped some of her tears.

"Save her ? Save you ?" She asked and turned to Eunha and continued, "Darling the only thing she'll be doing is watching you die."

"NO ! YOU BITCH !" Eunha screamed while crying.

"Sis. Unnie it's me. I'm alive. Please wake up." She cried beside her sister. I clenched my teeth.

"NO ! DON'T ! PLEASE!" The real Eris and in her head said at the same time. Fuck on a stick. When I see Seraphina, I will make sure she dies painfully.

She begged for her sister to be alive but the illusion Eunha was unmoving. She cried and fell beside her sister. I saw Taehyung shaking beside me. I saw him trying so hard to control his anger. Seeing Eris like that hurted us. She cared so much for us even she didn't know us very well.

Seraphina walked beside her and whispered "Do you know what else we're gonna be doing ?" Eris tried to fight back and stabbed Seraphina but the bitch held her arm and squeezed it. The real Eris winced and tears fell again. We definitely heard a crack and I winced.

Harmonia finished healing her and sat down. Clenching and unclenching her fist. 

"You're no queen. You don't deserve these wings." Seraphina held her knife in the air while the real Eris started squirming and screaming.

"Hold her down !" I shouted and Namjoon hyung, Hobi hyung, Yeseul and Eunha held her arms and legs down.

"NO ! NO ! NO ! DON'T !" She screamed and begged and squirmed. She cried. Seraphina finally cut it and I looked away. I heard a crash. Jin hyung punched and broke the window and walked out of the room.

It's the first time I saw hyung like that. Taehyung and I finally got in her mind but there was a glass covering it. We smashed it and everything fell apart. Everything was shattered and turned to black. Eris was falling but I quickly grabbed her hand and pulled her back in. Taehyung and made sure that Seraphina didn't do anything else to her mind.

"That was fucked up." Jaebum, an angel said.

"Taking away an angel's wings is the most twisted thing anyone could do." Yugyeom, I believe was his name, added.

I looked at Taehyung. I could feel the anger radiating off him. He punched the wall and left. Eunha was still crying.

"Wake up unnie. Please." She pleaded and Yeseul comforted her.

"This has to stop now. We need to crown her the queen as soon as possible. She'll get her crown, all her abilities, her memories and immortality. That way, we can kill Seraphina immediately." I stood up and declared. Harmonia nodded in agreement.

"Yoongi, please tell everyone that once Eris wakes up, the coronation one week after." He ordered Yoongi. He nodded and disappeared. I looked out the window and I see some trees falling. Tae hyung must be really angry. I stroked Eris' face and kissed her forehead.

That evil bitch must die.
