I walked down the halls of our school with Jungkook. Our hands interlaced. Everyone looked at us, surprised about the new couple of the school, and at the fact that Jungkook had moved on from Charlotte.
Violet stood in front of us. "Great. I didn't miss anything." She said sarcastically. "So, are you guys dating now?"
I smiled, and turned towards Jungkook. "Yeah. I guess that we are."
Taehyung pouted. "I'm jealous." He then turned towards Violet and grabbed her hands. "Violet, we're next."
Violet shook her head in disbelief, and turned back to us. "So, have you guys already been on a date?"
"Well, not really." I answered.
"Actually, I'm taking Mae on a date today." Jungkook said.
I giggled. "And when were you planning to tell me about this?"
He smiled. "Just make sure that you're ready by 6:30, and don't wear anything too fancy. We're not going to a restaurant. It's not one of 'those' type of dates." I nodded in reply, understanding what he meant.

Just as Jungkook told me to, I dresses very casual. Nothing really extra. I just put on black jeans, a white shirt, and a jean jacket on top. I had no idea what Jungkook was planning for our first date together.
I heard a car beep outside of our house. I quickly ran outside, in my new pair of black converse, and I stopped in front of Jungkook. He was wearing black jeans, a black hoodie, and his signature Timberlands.
His eyes widened in surprise at my sudden movement. "Wow. You ran outside? Were you so excited to see me, that you couldn't wait to go on this date?"
I rolled my eyes at his cockiness. "Actually, I was really bored at home. Mom's still at work, so I had nothing to do, other than catching up on some TV shows. I just couldn't wait to get out of the house."
He smiled at me, and he opened the passenger door for me. "Come on. Now that you're ready, let's go."
We both got into the car, and Jungkook turned on the music. I wonder where he was taking me. What would Jungkook classify as a casual, but romantic place? I was so busy coming up with possibilities, that I didn't notice that we had already arrived.
I got out of the car, and looked at our surroundings. We were at the beach.
Jungkook took my hand in his, and we walked down the beach. "Here we are." He told me. He moved out of the way, so that I could see what he had set up.
There was a picnic blanket on the ground, with a bunch of pillows on top of it, and they were all surrounded by flowers and flower petals, that were scattered around the blanket and on the sand. There was also a picnic basket on top of the very middle of the blanket.
"Jungkook. This is lovely. When did you set this up?" I asked him.
"A few while ago, actually. I didn't do it alone though. Jimin helped me. And some of these supplies were lent to me by Taehyung and Jin." He told me.
He led me onto the blanket, and we both sat down on the pillows. Jungkook opened the picnic basket and got out the food. Burgers, that I assume he made, and some fruit.
"Eat up." He said.
I quickly ate up the burger. "These are really good. You've really got to help me with my cooking sometime." Once I was done with the burger, I ate the fruit.
Jungkook looked at the fruit bowl. "You ate all the strawberries?" He asked me.
"Yeah. Strawberries are my favourite fruit. Did you want to eat them? I'm sorry."
