Frisk sighed, and held Chara close.
He didn't know why, but this girl had grabbed his attention and he couldn't escape it.
Chara was so lovely, and smelled of sweet candy and flowers.
She had the prettiest chestnut hair, curled at the ends.
He hoped that he could get closer to Chara. She was a complete mystery to him."Chara?" He wondered.
"Hm?" Chara asked.
"I don't know that much about you." He commented.
Frisk could feel Chara giggle,
"Do you want to know anything about me?" She wondered.Frisk shrugged, but nodded,
"Maybe. Is there anything worth knowing?" He asked.Chara giggled,
"I'm just a dead girl, Frisk. Nothing terribly exciting." She said."No, Chara. Before that.
Where are you from? What were things like before? What's your favorite color? That type of thing." He said."Those things seem a bit insignificant." Chara commented.
Frisk shrugged, and Chara sighed,
"Fine. On the surface, I was from Puerto Rico, but I knew very little Spanish because my father spoke English and my mother was dead." She explained.
"I wasn't known for doing good things. I stole, got into fights.. In such a closed community, it wasn't hard to be known as a delinquent, especially when no one could understand what I said, and I had bright red eyes." Chara commented.
"We moved. Up to the United States." She said,Frisk suddenly understood, for some reason it was now.
Chara's accent was because of where she was from.
He wouldn't have guessed Puerto Rico, or any Spanish speaking country for his life,Chara continued,
"There was a library, full of books to the brim. Regaining my title, since I had no money, I would steal books from the library... There was one woman, like me, who wasn't so good in her youth.
She pitied me. She let me in her garden one day, and allowed me to take 3 golden flowers from it, saying they were bad flowers that were taking over her garden.
They were beautiful. I'd never expect them to be weeds." Chara murmured.
"But, I'm sorry. I got off focus." Chara laughedFrisk frowned,
"Oh, please. Go on!" He smiled,
This was all so interesting.Chara frowned,
"Alright," she said quietly,
"I got three golden flowers. Only about the size of my hands." Chara continued,
"I would go to this lady often, but one day she told my father that I was stealing flowers from her and breaking in." She sounded rather blank.
"It.. it was a rough night at my house, I had to lock my bedroom door, and spent the whole night there, reading." Chara said.
"In a book I read, told great, majestic tales of mighty monsters that slaughtered humans. About how they got banished under Mount. Ebott." Chara murmured,
"And so I went. And jumped, and hit the ground and probably broke both of my legs and shattered a rib or something." Chara joked.Frisk laughed, but it faded,
"That sounds awful." He said.Chara shrugged.
"I learned that Monsters are far more loving than humans. Speaking of, you should probably start heading out." She said, pulling herself out of his arms, and standing up.Frisk huffed in disappointment, and got up,
"Come on, Chara.." he groaned."Frisk, it's noon, and you sound insane talking to yourself for an hour." Chara explained.
Frisk sighed,
And Chara interrupted his exasperation,
"Your adventure starts here."
