You laughed at your brother's foolishness as you walked over towards your, now, spilt whiskey. "*Tsk*, what a waste," you admitted as you walked towards the broom. Before you could grab it the bartender swiped it away from you.

"C'mon Williams. Let me clean it up," you told him using his last name. He sighed and handed you the broom. You swept up the mess and then you went on and cleaned other areas.

As you were sweeping a certain John Laurens spoke up and yelled to you, "FINISH IT!" You laugh because you knew what he meant. You walked over to your now sitting brother and put your hands in his shoulders from behind.

"Just the older sibling nothing but spare rubble. Only here to keep my bro here out of trouble. I'm not into all of his idiotic stunts, but if I hear you talk shit about him, bitch you better bite your tongue."

"OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHH!!"

"Aye yo! That was my sister right there! Haha!," Hercules exclaimed as he turned around to hug you. "Jeez Hercules."

"Hey guys," John said with a smirk. "Well if it ain't the prodigy of Princeton College." Hercules followed his eyes and they landed on two men at the barstools. One of them looked very unamused. He was dark skinned man who you could tell was obviously annoyed.

"Aaron Burr," Hercules said walking over to him. Aaron Burr is his name. "Give us a verse, drop some knowledge." You've never heard of him. But I know almost everyone here. Maybe he's just quiet, you thought.

"Good luck with that, you're taking a stand. You spit, Imma sit. We'll see where we land," he said as he sat down earning a 'Boo!' from Lafayette and Hercules. "But the Revolution's imminent, what do you stall for?"

"If you stand for nothing Burr, what will you fall for?" That other guy who you saw earlier looking your friends just made a huge pausing point. Burr just sat there in shock but John broke the silence. "Aw who are you?" "Who are you?" "Who are you?"

At this point, Burr walked away to the other side of the bar and leaned against it wall as he watched the man in the ponytail with grieve and concentration.

You decided that it would be best to let them do their thing, and continue sweeping the floor.

You tried out best not to eavesdrop in their conversation, but you ended up finding out who the other gentleman was. Alexander Hamilton was his name and he apparently has come a long way to get where he is now. His past, to you, was sad and inspiring.

Once you decided you were finished watching Hamilton's lecture, you continued your attempts to clean the crowded bar. But something didn't feel right. Almost as if some one was watching. You could feel their eyes in you. You looked around the area until your eyes met brown eyes. As you were sweeping and watching Alexander Hamilton, someone was also watching you, Aaron Burr. He was eyeing your every movement.

There seemed to have been a tint of pink in his face when he realized he was staring. He slightly shook his head as he walked over to you. You on the other hand were still confused but stood up straight ready to meet this mystery man.

He cleared his throat when he was two feet away from you. "Please excuse me for staring, but I would never have thought," he said as he leaned more towards your ear. "That a woman would be in a place like this." At least he was trying to be secretive about it, right? He steeped back a few feet and titled his head slightly questioning and trying to figure out why you of all people would be in a bar.

"A word please, sir," you asked. "Of course," he said and led the way to the door. I once you got outside where you once were with your brother and your friends, you turned to Burr with a questionable glance. He was obviously a gentleman, definitely the exact opposite of Hercules in many cases.

"(Y/N) Mulligan, pleased to be of acquaintance with you," you said respectfully as you bowed with your hands behind your back. "And you, sir?" "Forgive me, Aaron Burr is my name Madame," he said while bowing with his left hand behind his back and his right hand over his heart.

"No one ever told me Hercules Mulligan had a wife, please excuse me," he apologized while he was still bowing.

"WHOA WHOA WHOA THERE," you exclaimed while laughing. "Hercules is my younger brother, I'm so sorry. I should have told you to begin with." Burr looked up at you with a dumbfounded expression but relaxed afterwards.

"Well then," he said taking your hand. "The pleasure of meeting you is all mine", he said as he kissed your knuckles. 'Oh jeez,' you thought to yourself. Once he was finished, he stood up and let your hand go.

"May I take you on a walk?" You didn't know what to do for a moment. This has never really happened before. You decided to check in before leaving. "A moment please, Mr. Burr," you said as you spun around and back into the bar.

"YO HERCULES. I'M GOING OUT, YOU BETTER HAVE YOUR DRUNK BUTT HOME BY MIDNIGHT OR I AIN'T COOKING DINNER FOR YOU FOR A MONTH GOT IT," you yelled at your drunk brother. "Gotcha *hic* dude!" he replied back in a slur. He may have been drunk, but if there's one thing he knows is that he can't cook food like you to save his life.

You stepped back outside and let your hair down from its tight ponytail to make it more obvious you're a woman. You let it flow back into its original (style) (H/C) hair as you made your way back over to Burr.

Once he saw you walking towards him, he straightened up and extended his arm for you to take. You gladly took it and made your way down the street. "There's a park just up the road here. Its very pleasant to walk through there at night," you suggested. "Yes, I'm well aware of it. But I've only walked through during the day. It's nice to see the children play there," he replied.

"I still don't understand how those clothes fit you swimmingly if they were originally your brother's," he admitted. "Well let's just say he's a fantastic haberdasher. He made his pants in a size that will fit me. He often makes me clothes when he thinks it's necessary, but this is definitely not what he wants though,"up you explained.

"Is that why he's joining the Revolution?" "He'll advance socially, maybe this'll help him meet someone or get some fame. I'm a little scared that he might get killed but I also know he's a Mulligan," you ensured. "Oh? And what's the best part about being a Mulligan?"

"When you're down, you get the fuck back up!"

"Well that's pretty self explanatory," Burr laughed. "You may as well be joining the war too, right," he joked. "Funny," you said pointing a finger at him while giggling. "But not necessarily. If I joined the war, then Hercules would be a nervous wreck. He wouldn't be able to concentrate. He'd be worrying about me all the time and that's not something you'd want to cloud your mind in a gunfight."

There was a short moment of silence. It was comfortable yet unbearable in a way. You wished Burr would just say something before you got to the park. "Well it looks like the park is just up ahead," he said. 'Well shit,' you thought. "I actually have a favorite spot here. I'd like to visit it, that is if you don't mind the walk," you said while hoping this guy didn't mind walking all the way. "No I don't mind. I have a favorite spot here too. It takes a bit of walking to get there," he insisted trying bit to make you feel guilty for making the walk longer.

"Well then, let's go Mr.Burr," you said while opening the unlocked park gates.
