The crowd started to quiet down as Murphy stepped onto the stage. He cleared his throat which echoed through the speakers.

"Good afternoon everyone." He greeted. "As you might know, our latest scouting group came back empty handed." Murmurs and mutters of shock traveled through the crowd. "That puts us and this community at great risk." Murphy said. He cleared his throat again. "Now, this could force us to take procautions, that we don't wanna take." He said. "Or that some of you won't agree with." He said. Murphy awkwardly shifted in his spot. "We've been experiencing an overwhelming situation with... overpopulation." He said. The crowd looked around among each other. "And with not many supplies on the horizon... we ask that... some of you might have to leave." He confessed.

The crowd began talking over each other. "Fuck you Murphy!" "Ford's City was better than this!" Murphy tried to get the crowd to calm down, but that made matters worse.

"Please, everyone. Calm down!" Murphy said. Clementine and Kendra looked at each other in worry. A survivor threw a beer bottle toward the stage. The liquid of alcohol splashed onto the stage and leaked onto the ground. Murphy tried his best to control the raging crowd but they didn't listen. No one wanted to leave one of the only safest places left. No one wanted to bring their families out into the dangerous world they lived in again.

"Looks like a complete shit show down there." A guard muttered. "Should we go down there?" "Yeah. Here, let's-" The guard was interrupted when a knife pierced through his throat. The other guard raised his gun toward the hostile survivor but the survivor grabbed his arm and snapped it. The guard shouted in pain as he fell to one knee. The survivor kicked the guard down onto his back. The guard reconized the symbol on the survivors shoulder.

"Fuckin' hunters." He muttered. The hunter walked over to him with an axe in his hands. The hunter raised the weapon into the air and slammed it down into the guards skull.

"Everyone, please calm down." Murphy said. "Please. This is just a procaution. Understand that this is for-" A gunshot echoed through the town square. Clementine jumped to the shot and looked at where the sound came from. She heard other survivors yelp in fear. She looked over at Murphy.

Blood spilled from his throat. He collapsed to the floor and fell of the stage.

Bullets began flying everywhere. "Let's get outta here!" Will shouted to the girls. "I havta find Hudson!" Kendra said. Will shook his head. "No. Too dangerous. Here, let's go!" Will said as he ran of with Jasmine. "Fuck that." Kendra said and went to find Hudson. "Ken, we're comin' with ya!" Abigail said to her. Clementine nodded in agreement. Kendra slightly smiled. "Thanks." She said to them.

Murphy lied there on the ground. Looking into the grey sky. A bright light shined in the sky. The light soon took over his vision. He closed his eyes and soon died.
