Joseph led the newly conjoined group out of the area they were in to find a place to settle for the next few days. "Erik, where are we going?" Joseph asked. Erik took out a map and scanned it. "We could stay at these cabins for a few days." He said. "Cabins?" Jospeh questioned him. Erik pointed at a camping site. "How big is it?" Joseph asked. "Uhhh... there looks to be about three cabins. And there's a big open space." Erik said. Joseph nodded. "Looks like a good place to stay for a few days." He said. "How far is it?" Will asked. Erik peeked back down at the map. "Just a few miles." He said.

"This it?" Joseph asked. Erik looked at the map. "Yep. We're here." Erik said. "Okay. We're gonna settle here for a few days. Everyone okay with that?" Joseph asked. Everyone nodded. "Let's just get these in a cabin. Set up the tent. Get the fire ready." Will said.
Joseph nudged the door open with his hip. He placed the duffle bag on a bed. "How you holdin' up?" Joseph asked Erik. "Just happy we're finally here." He said to Joseph. "We'll rest up here for a few days. Don't worry." Joseph said. Erik nodded. "What the hell's in this?" Clementine said as she struggled to put the duffle bag on a bed. "Food. Supplies." Joseph said to her. Clementine rolled her eyes at his sarcasm. "Here Erik, help me with the rest." Joseph said as the two left the cabin.
"Hey." Abigail said. Clementine looked up and nodded. "What's up?" Clementine said. Abigail sat down. "Been a hell of a week, ain't it?" Abigail said. "Tell me about it." Clementine said. "Whatcha think about Joseph and his group?" Abigail asked. "They... seem nice, I guess. But we should probably keep am eye on them. People can seem nice. I learned that the hard way." Clementine said. "Learned what?" Abigail asked. "Back when this all started, people on a dairy tricked us into thinking they had food. Which they did. But not normal food." She said. Abigail looked at her. "Whatcha mean? Were they...?" Clementine looked at her. "Cannibals?" Abigail finished. Clementine nodded. Abigail frowned and looked at the ground.
"Damn. I'm sorry ya hand to witness that. At such a young age." Abigail said. "How old were you?" Clementine took a moment to answer. But she did. "Eight." Clementine nodded and said, "A lot of bad things happened there. One of our group members, Mark I think his name was, got shot by an arrow. They took him in to "help" him. But really, they chopped off his legs. Cooked them and fed them to us." Abigail let out a sigh. "Jesus." She muttered. "Then this old guy we were with, I can't remember his name. I think it was Larry or something. But he had a heart attack." Abigail looked at her.
"His daughter tried to bring him back to life with CPR. But Jake thought he was already dead." Clementine said. "What'd he do?" Abigail asked her. "Remember Lee? The man I told you about?" Abigail nodded her head. "He was giving Larry CPR. And Jake smashed Larry's head in." Abigail frowned at her.
"After that, Jake was shot by one of the farmers trying to save my friend, Duck." Clementine said. "Thank god Jake didn't die. But a lot happened there." Clementine scowled. "I hope that fucking dairy burned to the ground." Clementine said, clenching her fists together. Abigail placed her hand on Clementine's shoulder. "I'm sorry." She said. Clementine looked at her. "Abigail, thanks for letting me vent." She said. Abigail smiled at her and gave her shoulder a gentle squeeze. "No problem, Clem. That's what I'm here for." She said.
"You know, I'll always be here for you, Clem. Nothin' will change that." Abigail said. Clementine smiled. "I know. Thanks, Abigail." She said. Abigail smiled at her. "No problem, Clem." She said.
