"Joesph's back!" A voice called out. An Asian man walked up to him. "Thank god. With the snow, we thought-" He stopped in his tracks when he saw the rest of the group. "Who are they?" He asked. Two other survivors walked up behind him. "Guys, this is Will and his group." Joseph said. "That's Erik." Joesph said, pointing at the Asian man. "Carson and Dalton." Joesph said, pointing at the two other survivors. "The brothers I told you about." He added. "Hi." Carson greeted. "Sup?" Dalton muttered. The side of Erik's mouth raised. He just gave a simple friendly nod.

"Erik. Come with me. I need your help." Joseph said. He and Erik walked to a tent with Kyle. "You should come too." Joseph said to Will. He nodded and followed them.

"Go get something to eat." Will said to them as he walked off. "You hungry?" Carson asked them. "Starvin'." Abigail said. Dalton smiled at her. "Come on. I'm sure Joesph told you about the deer?" He said. "He did." Clementine said. "Follow us." Carson said. "So who are you?" Carson asked Hudson and Kendra. "I'm Kendra. This is Hudson."

Dalton slowed down to Clementine and Abigail. "Now we can introduce ourselves properly. I'm Dalton Lumburg." Abigail smiled. "Abigail Smith." Clementine gave a nod. "Clementine Jones." "You been out here long?" Dalton asked them. "Yeah. Five months." Abigail said as they neared the fire with the deer. "Five months? Damn." He said. "We used to live inside a community. But we had to leave." Clementine said as they sat down. "Ah, communities are a big neon sign saying "hunters and lurkers of all kinds welcome"." Dalton said. Clementine and Abigail chuckled. "Yeah, we've actually been to two now." Clementine said. "Oh? Which other?" Dalton asked. "Fords City." Abigail told him. "Fords City? That fell a long time ago now." Dalton said. "That's why we left." Abigail told him. "Heard it was overrun by hunters." Dalton said. Clementine nodded. "It was." She told him.

Kendra and Hudson looked at the teenagers. "Kinda nice seein' kids be kids for once, ain't it?" Kendra said. Hudson just nodded. "Hey, everything alright?" She asked. "Just weird being with another group." He said. "They seem nice." Kendra said. "All groups seem that way." He said.

Kendra looked at Dalton with the girls. Laughing together. She looked into the tent with Will and Joseph. Kyle sat on a table, drinking some water. Hudson stood up and walked off. Kendra looked after him. She frowned and took another bite out of the meat. "He okay?" Carson asked. "Probably, just needs some time to adjust." She said. Carson nodded. "That's understandable." He looked at Dalton. Telling the girls a story.

"First time that kid smiled for a long time." Carson said. Kendra smiled. "They deserve it. To be kids again." She said. Carson nodded. "Amen to that." He said.
