The Hotel Boy

Shawn POV:

I made my way toward Cam's room and knocked, but there was no answer.

The only other place they usually hung out was Matt's room, so I turned around and headed that way.

I knocked on the door and heard the boys voices yelling for Cam to get it.
"Hey fiesty!" Cam answered the door saying and all the boys laughed simultaneously.

"Umm okay? Hi?" I walked in the door raising an eyebrow. I saw Jack in front of the webcam with a Livestream opened.

"Oh what are you guys up to..?" I asked slightly puzzled, even though I partially knew.

"We were originally gonna make a challenge vid, but when Jack came back from your room he said he had a better idea. So he opened a Livestream and... quite honestly, made you look like a complete jerk. He said he's had feelings for Kayla since day 1 and mentioned your apparent argument you had not too long ago." Cam said casually.

"He what? You've gotta be kidding me." I stormed out of the room, making it low key that I was even there and knew what was happening in the first place.

I can't believe he would do something so selfishly stupid, everyone knows that Kayla and I felt something from the very first second.

I turned the first corner to go back to my room when I saw two familiar faces hidden, talking near the back wall of the hallway. He was leaned up against the wall and she was standing right in front of him. His hands were out in front grabbing hers and she was shaking her head in nervousness. Next thing I know I saw him go in for a kiss and it seemed that I wasn't the only one having problems with friends stealing my girlfriend. It was Nash and Amanda I saw. And did I just say girlfriend? That sounds amazing..

Kayla POV:
I kept tossing and turning, my eyes wouldn't stay shut, and a million thoughts were floating about my head.

I tried just about every method to get some sleep, but none seemed to work.
This had never happened since I stayed with Shawn, maybe I let my body get way too used to sleeping with him. Maybe my body and mind was craving him.

I hopped out of bed and headed down to the snack shop in the lobby. Whenever I went down there it made me so happy, I wanted to buy everything. I decided to get a bottle of coke, a Starbucks vanilla frappuccino, a pack of skittles, and a pack of m&m's.

I was waiting for assistance at the cash register and opened my purse to grab some cash out. I pulled out my wallet and looked up to see a super handsome gentlemen behind the counter.

"I'm so sorry ma'am, I was getting the games set up for these little boys and didn-" he finally looked up and just stopped talking as he stared at my every little feature.

"Y-you're beautiful." he said with a slight stutter.

I chuckled before putting out my hand for him to shake. "Actually, I'm Kayla! And, I have a really big craving for coke and skittles." I smiled.

"Shouldn't you be getting ready for bed? Or chasing around those boys like the other girls here?" he asked giving a slight chuckle followed by a clicking of the cash register. " It's on me by the way." he said as he slid the two drinks and bags of candy toward me.

"Actually one of those boys is my boyf-" I stopped myself. "My friends. They're my friends." I smiled and hoped I was able to save myself. "And, I'll only accept this if you come sit and share it with me."

"Deal." he said as he raced me to the lounge, where we sat and talked for a while.

I giggled as he fakely tried to catch his breath before shooting me a wink.

We sat down on an orange suede-like couch, "Aren't you young to be working here?" I asked raising an eyebrow and eyeballing the entire room.

"I'm 17!" he yelled followed by a fake gasp. "Plus, my dad is actually the owner of this location and a couple other branches."

"Whoa, how cool!" I said intrigued by his cute smile and bright blue eyes.
"You know, I never caught your name." I said casually as I took a sip from my coke bottle.

"Oh right! I'm Spencer. Spencer Wells."
