Shawn POV:

"..Did you ever think about how much you'd hurt me by leaving?" I watched her expression change as her eyes close and she shook her head.

I couldn't wait any longer, I just couldn't. I ran to her, picked her up off her feet... and kissed her. I didn't have much time to think in between, but i'm glad I didn't. That way I couldn't talk myself out of it.

Her lips were so soft and full.. and I cherished every second.

"Im sorry.. I jus-" she interrupted me by crashing her lips into mine again.

She released her lips, "you have no idea how long i've been wanting that." she giggled and bit her lip.

"You're the cutest." I said kissing her nose. "I better get back to the show, we have 45 minutes or so left and I perform at the end."

"Alright, uhmm I should probably stay and comfort Amanda, she's still pretty upset about the comments on Cam's picture." she said shaking her head, I could sense the pain she felt for her best friend.

"Cam followed me here...? I thought he went to talk to her?"

Kayla POV:

"He came? Here?" I smiled and ran out and to the other room where I came in at a really bad time. I seemed to have interrupted a little 'Camanda' makeup sesh, so I slowly closed the door and backed out.

Shawn must've been able to read what happened from my expressions, because as soon as I walked out, he started giggling.

"Yeah... so about going to that show." I said and he chuckled, "Come on" he said intertwining his hand in mine.

We arrived at the show just in time, but Cam was still no where to be found, I assumed he wasn't coming back considering he was with Amanda.

The boys had to call up 8 girls to surround Shawn while he was doing his last performance and had to sing along with him, and I recognized one of the girls that was called.

This was the second time i'd seen her and it didn't seem like a coincidence. Abigail. She was chosen first and when Shawn began to sing, so did she, she even sat on his lap and stared into his cute little lazy eye.

When the song ended she gave him a big smile and turned to the audience, part of me knew she was looking for me, because when she spotted me she leaned over, pulled him close, and went in for a kiss.

Before their lips met, I was out the door and about ready to pass out on the city bus bench that was a couple yards from the hotel. This was way too much for me to feel in one day and if everyday was like this, i'd never get enough sleep.

I was tiresome, worn out, and sick of thinking.. let alone crying. My tears were halfway dry when I heard footsteps and giggles behind me.

"Kayla? Hey, why aren't you inside with Shawn?" Amanda's voice echoed when she said the word Shawn.

I wasn't fit to be his girl, not now, not ev-..did I just say his girl? I couldn't even bare one kiss one person gave him, he has tons of fans, and he can't just be like: Don't kiss me. Girlfriend Alert. everytime a fan tried.

"Abigail was in there.. she tried to ki-"

"Kiss Shawn?! Did they kiss?! This girl is-" she began to insult her, but I interrupted.

"Shawn has thousands of fans, how am I ever gonna be happy if I always worry about who he's with and what they're doing. I'm not gonna ruin everything he has going for him, he's so sweet and talented and I love h-... everyone loves him." I took a big gulp hoping they didn't catch what I almost said.

Cam and Amanda took me backstage before the show ended so that I wouldn't get swamped with fans.

They usually brought fans backstage after the show to meet the boys and so Cam had to be back there for that.

"How do you deal with it?"

"With what?" Amanda asked confused.

"All the girls on Cam, they completely surround him and you just sit back relaxed and calm"

"Trust. This is his job, Kayla. This is all his dreams finally coming true.. I'm not gonna be the girl who ruins that for him. I remember him in high school, I know who he really is beside all the fame. I trust that if he says i'm truly the one, then I am. And i'll believe that until he proves me wrong, but the love that Cam and I share, and that you and Shawn share...... By the way, I heard you say love earlier, good cover up." she said with a wink. "The love that we share with them is different than the love they share with their fans and we have to understand that. Their fans are what make them who they are, and if we truly love them, we should love their fans aswell.

"Whoa, look at you, giving ME advice! ... Really good advice too, thanks girl." I sincerly thanked her and came in for a hug.

"No problem doll, I learned from the best." she accepted the hug and patted my back.

We both sat down on some black leather rolling chairs just when Jack G walked over to sit with us.

"Hey ladies." he said as he sat in the empty chair next to us.

"Hey there runaway." I winked. "Where did you go anyway?!"

"Aww, look who cares about me now" he said in a child-like tone.

"I've cared about you since I met you, why don't you believe that?" I said grabbing his freezing cold hand, but not holding it.

Cam motioned for Amanda to come over there, i'm guessing a fan (a little girl about 10) wanted to meet her, because as soon as she headed that way the little girl began to jump up and down before bolting toward Amanda and leaping on her to give her a hug.

"That's the cutest thing ever." I said smiling as I looked in Amanda's direction.

Jack grabbed my chin gently and moved my head in his direction," No, you're the cutest thing ever." he said, his breath smelling of fresh mint.

He was so attractive that it was hard not to look at him in that kind of way. I know I'm turning 16, and him 18, but something about him always made me feel good about myself and willing to take risks.

He didn't let me and Shawn's relationship hide his feelings, he was true to me all the time so far and that kind of made me want him... even though I wanted Shawn more... a lot more.
