Jack G POV:

I saw Shawn and Kayla outside and I barely know what to think. I know Shawn and I are friends, but I want time with Kayla...I need time with Kayla... too soon? too soon. ugh.

Kayla POV:

Shawn's eyes met mine when he was getting ready to perform the closing song. He chose to do his version of 'Wanted' by Hunter Hayes and he never took his eyes off of me.

When he started singing it felt like him and I were the only two in the room, all the screaming fans were drowned out.

Amanda's POV:

Shawn finished up his last song and all the boys were taken backstage as the fans exited out the front.

Kayla and I were getting ready to leave when I realized I lost one of my mom's pearl earrings.

"Kayla, one of my pearls is missing!" I screamed, freaking out.

"Amanda! It could be anywhere!" she said beginning to search around the room.

"Is this what you're looking for?" A deep voice snuck up behind us.

I jumped up at the sound of the voice, but turned around hastily to see a cute bright smile on Jack G's face.

"You found it! You're a frickin life saver!" I grabbed the pearl earring and wrapped my arms tightly around him.

"I've been told that pretty often" he said with a wink before chuckling. "You owe me one!"

I laughed and nodded. "You're pretty interested in my best friend, eh?"

"Whaaaaat, who said that?" I sensed the sarcasm in his voice. "Maybe start out by trying to talk to or text her?" he smiled, "Don't worry, I will!"

Kayla POV:

I was checking the meet and greet area for Amanda's earring when she came in telling me she found it. We exited the convention and decided to head to Dunkin' Donuts for a late night run.

Right when we got there I ordered a 'Caramel Coffee Coolatta' and just a regular glazed donut, Amanda got the same.

"So have you texted either of your men?" Amanda asked as we sat down at a table for two.

"I was JUST about to ask you the same!" I shouted at her loud enough for everyone to hear.

I hadn't texted Shawn or Jack yet, I was so scared and didn't know how to begin the conversation.

I decided to man up and send a text to Shawn first:

K: Hey there! It's Kayla 😘
S: Hey beautiful! What are you and your girl up to?
K: Haha, " my girl". Not much, we stopped at Dunkin D. What about you and your boys?
S: My boys and I are currently filming a video. Come over
K: Is that a request or a demand?
S: It doesn't really matter as long as I get to see you.
K: I'll be there in 15 😉

I loved our cute little conversation, he was the sweetest! Next I decided to text Jack, I didn't really speak to him as much as Shawn so I didn't really know what to expect.

K: Hey cutie 💕 It's Kayla!
J: Oh wow, I thought you'd never text me, haha. How did you enjoy MAGcon?
K: I actually had lots of fun! I met two cuties :-)
J: Two??
J: and awwww, you called me a cutie twice now 😊
K: Who said I was referring to you?
K: Haha, only kidding. You and Shawn💜
J: Shawn? Aw.
K: Yeah haha! What are you up to?
J: Currently the boys are filming a video, but I think i'm gonna head out for a while. Do you wanna drive around with me? 😊
K: Aw! I would love to!💕 But, Shawn invited me to come there😁
J: You're coming over here?
K: Yeah! Amanda and I!

Jack's POV:

Shawn invited her here? No no no. Shawn always gets the girls he wants, now I have no chance at all. I decided to stay at the hotel and just stay in my room. I'd probably end up crashing before she came, not like she'd care anyway.

Shawn's POV:

Kayla was gonna be here in less then 10 minutes and I was just about at my breaking point. I wasn't nervous... I was MORE then nervous and I don't even know why. When we were sitting and talking outside it seemed like we knew each other for years, but now her being around the boys... I don't even know. So many thoughts zoomed around my head. And, I definitely wasn't oblivious to Jack, I knew he was hiding something that had to do with her. I looked over to him to see him smile at his phone before exiting and I assume heading to his room.
