Jasmine's P.O.V.

four months of dating this boy and I still feel the spark between us. Tyrone handed me the mail for today as I sat at the front desk. I gathered the mail from the desk and started looking through the mail. My heart skipped a beat when I saw one of the letters. It was from the spectator, I sigh and look around to make sure no one is around. I then carefully and slowly unfold the letter in hope. Tears started going down my cheek like a calm spring rain.

Dear, C.J.'s

I am sorry to say that I have warned you, your restaurant will be removed next week Monday in the afternoon. Your free to stop by this week to reason, with either a partnership or a new idea to spark your restaurant again. If by any reason you have no idea or a partnership you will be packing up the night before Monday. Please make the right decision.

Sincerely,

Spectator

I placed the letter down on the table again slowly feeling myself break. I stared at the empty restaurant with the sun that glowed welcomely through the glass windows. I look over at the letter from my father that now poked out of my bag, I forgot to put away. I scrunched my eyebrows angrily and looked at the spectator's letter then the following same letters we have been getting for months that now stacked into a pile.

The anger burst in me and I smacked the pile, ripped the spectator's letter and threw the paper everywhere. I cried as tears now fell down my cheek like a stormy rainy fall day. "It's your fault! It's your fault!" I kept repeatedly screaming.

I pulled my hair in stress slamming my hand back on the desk. I swept off all the papers off the desk banging on the table as my face grew hotter with anger and sadness. I sank to the floor sadly placing my tensed hands at my side. Evey single paper that was on the desk was now on the floor. I ripped the letters until all were ripped and my mind was satisfied mentally. I slowly looked over at my father's letter from for moths ago. I got up angrily. I grabbed the letter into my hand ready to rip it. "You never called back! I hate you!" I yelled about to tear the paper.

That's when I felt a familiar hand on mine. I look up to see Tyrone with a sad expression, I look up at him for a moment then slowly set down the letter. I moved my hair out of my face, setting my hands down. "Jasmine," He started.

My arms tensed. "Tyrone we have like a week here and mom is refusing partnerships we have no ideas!" I cried out.

Tyrone hugged me. "You go along and take a break, I'ma clean up the mess," Tyrone offers.

I hug him again. "Thanks," I respond.

When I turned to the window I saw Anthony staring at me. I cleared my throat grabbing my bag and heading outside the restaurant. I walked up a hill a bit far from the restaurant to clear my mind for awhile. As I walked the cool breeze blew my hair causing shivers to go down my back even though I had a coat on. I tightened my coat around me hoping for better warmth from the cold January winter.

I heard panting and feet hitting the ground. My lips curled into a smile when the freckled Ramos boy appeared in my sight with a faint smile. I stopped before he pulled me into a lasting hug. "I saw what happened, so I want to make this day special," Anthony says taking both of my hands and raising them.

I smiled but put my hands back to my side. "I can't my restaurant is in danger, I really need to figure something out...or start packing up..." I responded looking at the street.

"I hate seeing you this way," Anthony said as he caressed my cheek with the dry tears on my cheek.

He held the left side of my cheek and kissed me. I was given a slow kiss as I wrapped my arms around his neck. When we disconnected I took his hand smiling. He looked over at me all surprised. "You okay?" He asks scratching the back of his head.

I nod my head. "Well, in that case, I know a special place," Anthony says determinedly.

Before I could utter another word Anthony pulled in my arm. "Are you sure you didn't do track?" I asked holding onto my bag tightly.

He ignored me as we came up another hill changing directions to right at a grassy field with tall grass that waved in the howling wind. "What's happening?" I ask as he let go of my hand.

He blushed crimson scratching the back of his head. "Um I know it's um cheesy but I love just watching nature at its works," Anthony says thoughtfully as he took a seat in the field.

"No it's not cheesy at all, in fact, I do too," I respond sitting next to him.

We sat in silence just looking around outside as the trees waved at us and the grass bobbed back and forth as the wind whistled. I don't know how but somehow Anthony's hand crept onto mine even though I swear they were father away, but who said I'm arguing. As I spotted a restaurant I felt my heartbreak as it reminded me of losing the restaurant. Silent tears rolled down my cheek feeling cold against my cheek as the wind blew.

I tried wiping off the tears off my face but each time I did they kept coming back. I sniffled facing a red farm from the far east side of a hill. Anthony's grip tightened on my hand. "Anthony if I lose the restaurant, I lose you, I would have to quit Hamilton to fully take care of my grandpa," I whisper.

"Please don't say anything about it," Anthony replies with a crack in his voice.

I turn to him. "How? How am I supposed to ignore the fact that I could lose the restaurant and everything? Huh? How am I supposed to ignore my father's letter? Tell me because it's not easy!-" I yelled with tears racing down my face as my face grew hotter.

"If you think about it too much your going to ruin the time you have left," Anthony responds.

"Ruin the moment?! Anthony, I don't care about the stupid moment! I could lose the restaurant any day and you shrug it off?" I yell moving my hand away from his.

His body tensed up. "Jasmine I'm trying okay, I can't do anything, you know we're in a feud and it's bad enough we're dating, maybe just maybe we could be together even though you don't have your restaurant," He replies.

"You know what I think I remember why we were antagonists in the first place," I say getting up.

I sternly walked away until I felt the same warm hand on my arm. "Wh-" I started before Anthony pulled me into a kiss.

I was way angry at him but my body wasn't, I gave up so easily and hate myself for doing so. When I had control to pull away I did. "Please, let it go...for now," He says in a gentle tone.

"That would be enough," He adds caressing my cheek.

I slowly uncurled my fists feeling calm to his touch. "I'm sorry, I'm just too angry," I replied wrapping my arms around his neck.

When we released we just stood there. "What comes next?" Anthony says.
