"How was your night?" Hanna asked me as we walked lunch.
"Probably the best night I've had In a long time." I replied with a smile.
"Tell me what happened?" She demanded.
"Let's just say a certain someone Knocked on my window and I invited him in." I replied. "I have a date!"
"It was Jason, wasn't it?" she asked excitedly.
"Yes it was." I answered.
"I TOLD YOU!" she shouted right in my face.
"Okay, okay, calm down." I replied as we stepped into the lunch line.
"Oh my God, there he is." Hanna said pointing at him.
"Hanna stop pointing he's going to notice us." I said as I smacked her hand.
"What are you two loser talking about?" Asked Allison, the cheer captain and the most popular in Gotham high.
"Why do you care?" I replied.
"Because, you're pointing at my man." She replied in her snobby voice.
"I don't think so, he asked Haley on a date." Said my friend Hanna trying to defend me.
"I might not be with now, but I will be, you'll see." She said as she paid for her lunch and then walked away with her snobby friends.
Hanna and I paid for are disgusting slop and walked to our table.
"Ugh, I hate her so much." Hanna said.
"I'm not worried about it. If she wants him I guess she can have him." I replied.
"Haley don't be like that." Hanna said. "You're way better then her."
"Can we just stop talking about this!" I shouted.
"If that's what you want." Hanna replied as she got up and walked away.

I say by myself during the rest of lunch and Hanna didn't acknowledge me for the rest of the day. She even got someone else to drive her home from school. On my way home I listened to some depressing music and thought about what I should do. I got home and went straight to my room. I got out my phone and was going to text Hanna, but I knew that she would probably ignore me. I put my phone back in my pocket and laid on my bed. So much has happened in a week and I needed time to think. I had only been laying down for 5 minutes when I heard a knock on the door. Of course Alfred can't just leave me alone. My dad probably told him to keep an eye on me after the Hanna thing.
"Who is it?" I asked.
No one answered.
"Hello?"
I heard another knock and realized it was coming from the window. I got up and looked out the window. It was Jason. I opened the window.
"I hope you know you're interrupting my alone time." I said as he climbed into my bedroom.
"Who wants to be alone?" He asked.
"I do." I replied.
"Why?" He asked.
"It's called peace and quiet." I replied. "You probably don't know what that is."
"Of course I don't." He said grinning.
"I figured." I replied smiling back.
"Sorry I'm a little earlier than I said." He said.
"A little, you mean like 3 hours early." I replied.
"Yeah, well I'm on night shift." He replied.
"Oh, yeah with my dad." I replied.
"No, yes, I work for your dad." He replied flustered.
"Right... You work for him." I said.
"So... Can we leave now?" He asked.
"I don't know I haven't spoken to anyone yet since I've gotten home." I replied. "someone might come looking for me if I leave."
"Well, go talk to Alfred and tell him you're going to Hanna's."
"Maybe you should just go get some pizza and bring it back to my window, since you interrupted my alone time." I said as I smiled at him.
"Ugh, I guess I'll do it."
"Thank you, my little pizza delivery guy." I said excitedly.
"Your welcome." He said grinning as he climbed back out my window.

I don't know how I was being happy. I just didn't want Jason to see me upset. I need to talk to Hanna but I'll wait until tomorrow in person. I laid in bed for another 5 minutes. This time I heard someone knock at my  door.
"Come in." I said.
"Hello Haley, how was your day." Alfred asked as he walked into my room.
"Well, Alfred it hasn't been very good." I replied.
"I was wondering why you didn't come talk to me when you got home. What's wrong?" He asked as he sat down on my bed.
"I yelled at Hanna when she was trying to be a good friend." I replied.
"I'm sure you two will make up eventually." He said trying to make me better. "The best thing you can do is go and apologize to her in person."
"Thanks, for asking Alfred. I'm glad I have someone to talk about it with." I replied smiling at Alfred.
"Your welcome sweetie." He replied smiling back. "I'll leave you be now."
"Thanks again Alfred." I replied as he got up and walked to the door.
"Your welcome again." He replied as he smiled and closed the door behind him.

I got up and looked out the window to see if my Pizza man was there. He was coincidentally standing there when I looked down.
"Don't drop the pizza." I said as I smiled down at him.
"Oh trust me I won't." He said smiling back.

Then I saw him pull out something from his pocket. I couldn't tell what it was at first until something metal landed on my window sill. He had a grapple hook.
"Don't ask where I got this." He said as he zoomed up to my window.
"Fine." I replied as he climbed back into my room again.
"Ready for some fine dinning my lady." He said as he knelt down on to one knee and held the pizza box in front of him.
"Of course I am my sweet pizza delivery man." I replied smiling.
"Oh, I'm sweet." He said blushing. "mmhmm." I replied smiling.
"Okay, so you ordered a cheese pizza, right?" He asked.
"Yep, do I have to pay for that?" I asked.
"Well, you'll pay for it eventually." He said grinning.
"Oh really." I said blushing. "We'll um.. see about that."
"Okay let's dine." He said as he sat down and laid the pizza box on my bed.
"I'm not gonna argue with you about that." I said as I sat down next to him.

I ate 2 slices in the same amount of time he ate 5.

"That was so good." He said as he moved the pizza box off my bed and laid down putting his feet on me.
"What do you think you're doing?" I asked.
"Laying down." He replied grinning because he knew exactly what he was doing.
"You better get your feet off me before I start tickling you." I said smiling.
"Oh no, not the tickle monster." He said with his feet still on me.
"Your gonna regret this." I said smiling.
"I'm not sure about that." He said grinning.
"Okay." I said as I ran my fingers across his feet.
"No, Haley stop!" He said bursting out in laughter.
"I thought you weren't scared of the tickle monster." I replied smiling.
"I was wrong." He said trying to keep it together. "Please stop."
"Okay, I'll stop since you said the magic word." I replied.
"Thank you," He said as he sat back up. "I guess the tickle monster isn't intimidating until it attacks."
"Yep." I said smiling.
"Like... Now!" He said as he started running his fingers along my sides.
"Jason, stop it, only I can do that." I said as I was laughing and rolling around on the bed.
"I don't think so." He said as he was hovering over me tickling my stomach and sides.
"Jason, this isn't fair." I said laughing. "Please stop."
"Okay, I'll stop since you said please." He said as he had his body on top of mine.
He had his legs around mine and the only thing keeping are faces apart was his arms, lifting his upper body away from mine. It was silent.
"Jason... I don't know if this is a good idea." I said as are faces were only inches apart.
"Tell me what is." He said as he leaned in closer. "Tell me what you want."
"I want to kiss you, but I don't want this to go to far." I replied staring straight into his blue eyes.
"Then we won't." He said as he leaned in closer until are lips touched. The taste of his lips was something I can't describe to anything else. It made me want more, but I couldn't. My mind wanted it. My heart held me back. He pulled away.
"I didn't say stop." I said as I grabbed his head and pushed him towards me. I ran my fingers through his thick dark hair.
It was great. It made me forget about my guilt. It was like a drug, but it seemed ten times better. I know I couldn't escape this life, but this momentary escape was better then nothing. He pulled away again.
"Wow." He said. "Do I get a tip since you've already paid for the pizza." He said as he grinned his mouth still centimeters away from mine.
"I don't know." I replied smiling back. "The pizza did make it safe, but you ate two time more then I did."
"Yeah, you probably want that tip more than I do anyway." He said grinning.
"I wouldn't get to cocky if I were you." I said as pushed him a little closer.
"You know you love it." He said.
"You might be right about that." I said as I bit my lip.
"I guess I should give you a tip." He replied.
"I wouldn't mind that." I replied as I push our lips together.

That was the best night I've had in a while.
