Imagine: Being a hero in love.

  They say, as a superhero, a love life is very difficult to have. It's very true however. If you are not dating someone who isn't a superhero, you run the risk of villains finding your true love and hurting them or killing them.

  That has always been your reason to follow Batman's rule. Your superhero life comes before your love life. You took a vow to protect those who couldn't protect themselves. To keep those who were physically weak, safe from the bad guys who wanted to hurt them and take control over them.

  Your mind had agreed with you to follow this rule and for a while, your heart did to. It followed the rule until you met him. Your heart spun at the sight of him. It fluttered at the sound of his voice.

  You never expected to fall for the clown who laughed at the world and killed many civilians. Not only was he the world's greatest threat but he was also one of the top dangerous villains to be around and one (of many) Batman's greatest enemies.

  You sighed in frustration as you sat in the Watchtower and looked out the window at the earth below you. You usually admired the beautiful view of how the earth looked but today, everything felt off.

  Something in your gut told you something big was going to happen today. Not only was that bothering you but your heart was beating rapidly at the thought of seeing that evil clown again. Your heart cried to see him again but your mind was happy he was no where in sight.

  "Is something wrong (hero name)?" asked a familiar female voice. You slowly turned your head to see Diana, also know as Wonder Woman, walking towards you with a worried look on her face.

  You smiled a bit and shook your head. Diana pulled up a seat and sat next you and looked out the window with you. There was a comfortable silence for a few minutes until Diana spoke up.

  "Are you sure nothing is bothering you? I'm always happy to listen." Diana said with a sweet smile to reassure you.

  You thought about it for a moment and sucked in a deep breath. You silently released it and looked at Diana. You picked at your nails and looked away from Diana.

  "Well, there something that I want to get off my chest..." you started. You glanced up to see Diana looking at you with a serious look on her face. You could see clearly she was even more concerned. She was such a sweet woman.

  "It's nothing bad! It's just...there is this guy -" before you could continue Wonder Woman quickly cuts you off.

  "Is it Batman?" she asked out of the blue. You looked at her confused for a moment as you process what she just said. Your cheeks slightly heat up as you shook your head quickly.

  "No! No! It's not Batman!" you quickly said with slight embarrassment. What on earth made her jump to that conclusion?

  "My apologies, Bruce seems to always charm the ladies and I thought you had fallen for his charm." Wonder Woman laughed a little. She remained silent after so you could finish your talk about the man you had fallen for.

  "Well, there is this guy who makes my heart race like crazy whenever I see him. The moment he's away from me, my heart aches in pain and begs to go back to him yet, my mind tells me to not listen to my heart and think carefully. My mind tells me the guy is no good for me but my heart says something else. I feel so conflicted," you said as you grabbed your head and released a shaky sigh. "I don't know what to do."

  It was dead silent. After a few minutes you looked back up to see Wonder Woman in deep thought. She quickly looked back at you and smiled sweetly again. That smile was comforting in some ways. You lifted your head and looked at her.

    "It seems my little (y/n) has fallen in love. I do not know much about this feeling and can not give you the wisest advice but," Diana said while standing up. Your eyes followed her as she stood up. She placed a hand on your shoulder and smiled once again.

  "I think you should follow your heart. Your mind many know what's best but your heart seeks happiness. We find happiness in many different ways. Your heart is only trying to see what will make you truly happy, may it be love or through other things you find that happiness. I am sorry I could not be much of help with your relationship problem but I am always here to listen and will try my best to guide you to the right path." Diana said before walking away somewhere in the Watchtower.

  You sat there quietly as you thought over Wonder Woman's advice. You smiled and looked back out the window.

  "Thanks Diana, you were a big help."

  "Has anyone seen (hero name)?" Batman asked when walking over to the team who stood by the large computer. Today seemed to be a pretty slow day. No villain active so far.

  "Sorry Bruce, haven't seen her almost all day." Flash called as he looked over at Batman.

  Wonder Woman was about to say she talked to you a few hours ago till an alarm went off signaling the city was under attack.

  "Who is it this time?" Flash asked with slight annoyance.

  "Don't these bad guys ever take a break? Like a vacation or something?" Flash said while looking over the very large computer screen.

  The computer screen displayed the city only to see buildings falling apart due to explodes. People were running away from the falling pieces of the buildings.

  "Surprise, surprise, who doesn't love surprises?!"

  Wonder Woman's heart dropped at the sound of that voice.

  "I know my sweet killer clown adores surprises! So I decided to do something special for him! Can you guys guess what that is? Ding ding, you guessed right if you said, the city! And me."

  As the Justice League watched with shock and others with horror, Joker watched with amusement. He indeed love surprises but this was, at the moment, the best of all.

  "So, my lovely laughing clown, let's bring this place to its knees!"

  That being said, two more building were blown up and large dangerous chucks slowly fell off. Joker only smirked and got ready to greet his new partner in crime. This was going to be one hell of a show.

  The Justice League quickly took action. Everyone was leaving as fast as possible (besides Flash, he was already gone) to stop the Joker the now evil you.

  Wonder Woman, however, stood still and frowned. She was greatly disappointed in you. If she had know you were in love with The Joker, she would have stayed silent.

  Even if a large part of her was disappointed and sad, another part was happy for you. Though it was bad, you were chasing after what made you happy. Wonder Woman preferred you to be happy instead of sad. A small smile spread across her lips at the the thought of you being happy.

I seem to be entering this schedule where I update once every two weeks. That is honestly a bad schedule.
