Chapter 5

Hayes P.O.V

She looked down and I could tell she was blushing and then we were back at my front door. She looked up and stared into my eyes and I stared  back into hers. I got lost in her big brown eyes, just then her phone went off.

"Give me a second" Nicole said before she left. I couldn't help but listen to her conversation. "hello? What do you mean? Are you kidding me? Okay I will figure something out. love you too bye" I heard Nicole say before she came back in front of me.

"Everything okay?" I asked her

"To be honest not really, my mom just said that I can't come back home" Nicole said a little upset

"You wanna come inside and we can watch a movie or something?" I asked her and she agreed.

"What movie do you wanna watch?" I asked her

"Um... I don't know you chose" Nicole said

"Okay... how about grown ups?" I suggested

"I love that movie" Nicole squeaked

"me to" I agreed

Once I put the movie in I sat on the couch next to her, almost immediately after I sat down she put her head on my shoulder and then I quickly put my arm around her. I didn't feel awkward at all it just felt right. About halfway into the movie Nicole fell asleep she looked so cute when she slept. Soon after that I fell asleep.

Nicole P.O.V

When I woke up and looked around I saw that I wasn't in my room let alone my house. I look around more and saw that I fell asleep last night while I was watching a movie with Hayes. Me and Hayes were laying on the couch CUDDLING. Once I realized that I wasn't dreaming I tried to go back to sleep and once I closed my eyes I heard a unfamiliar voice

"Nash, who is the girl with Hayes?" I heard him ask

"Oh that's Nicole, she used to lives next door but moved and now she is back" Nash replied

"Aww they look so cute together" he stated and then I heard a sound like a iPhone makes when it takes a picture

"Taylor what did you just do?" Nash asked him

"Just posting a new tweet on Twitter" Taylor replied when all of a sudden my phone goes off indicating that I have a notification and I jump a little because it scared me. Nash and Taylor quickly ran out of the room. I felt something flinch under me and saw that Hayes was now awake. He stated at me for a moment and then smiled. Then I remembered that my phone went off before and jumped up. I quickly found my phone and looked at the screen, I had a Twitter notification, I unlocked my phone to see a picture of me and Hayes sleeping with a caption: look at these to love birds, fell asleep in each others arm. HOW CUTE!! @LilSwobs13 @hayesgrier. My face dropped when I saw who tweeted it and it was the one and only Taylor Caniff. By the look on Hayes' face he saw the tweet and I think he even started to blush. Aww he looked so cute when he blushed. He quickly got up and went into the kitchen while I watched t.v.

Hayes P.O.V

"Taylor!" I yelled

"Yes lover boy?" he asked

"Your tweet" I said

" Oh yeah what about it?" he asked

"Why did you post it? You probably creeped her out and now she will never wanna go out with me!" I said a little to loud

"What did you just say?" I heard Nicole's sweet voice from behind me

"N-nothing" I stuttered

"No you said something" she said giving me the tell me now look

I quickly grabbed hand and took outside and sat on a swing we have on our porch.

"So you heard all that in the house?" I asked still holding her hand

"Well not all of it only some of it, what were you talking about at the end?" she asked playing with my fingers, I felt a lump in my throat form

"Ilikeyou" I said really fast hoping that she didn't understand me

"A little slower please" she said

"I like you" I said at normal speed, she looked shocked so to break the silence I decided to say something

"So, will you be my girlfriend?" I asked her

"I would be honored to be your girlfriend" She replied, I was shocked this couldn't be real until I was brought back to reality by Nicole squeezing me into a tight hug. I wasn't dreaming this was actually happening to me. I can't believe that Nicole was my girlfriend, she was my girlfriend. This was the best day of my life.

Nicole P.O.V

Did Hayes really just asked me to be his girl friend? And I said yes? I had to tell Caitlynne.

"I should probably go home now and get ready for the day" I said

"Okay oh and be ready by 12 I am taking you out to lunch" he said and gave me one of his adorable smiles.

"Its 10:30 now so that gives me an hour and a half" I said

"Okay see you then" He replied

I quickly ran home and and texted Denise that she needed to come over asap because I needed to talk to her. Before I could text Caitlynne I saw someone in the corner of my room. As I looked closer at the person, I saw it was... Caitlynne

"CAITLYNNE!!" I screamed and tackled her with a hug.

"Nice to see your to" Caitlynne replied through laughter

"What are you doing her?" I asked her

"Well isn't it obvious? I came to visit you." She replied with a duh tone

"How is every one?" I asked after we calmed down

"Good-" Caitlynne started but was cut off by Denise running into my room

"I got your text what's up?" Denise asked

"Oh Denise this is Caitlynne she was my best friend back in New York, Caitlynne this is Denise" I said

"Hey, so what's the news?" Caitlynne asked curiously

"Well have you guys seen Taylor Caniff's tweet this mornin?" they both nodded "Well after Hayes and I saw it Hayes got mad and yelled at Taylor and said he liked me and then he asked me out" I said really eager. Their eyes went wide especially Caitlynne's.

"Oh I gotta get ready for my date with Hayes, he is taking me out to lunch" I said as I went to take a quick shower when I got out I blow dried my hair and went back into my room to see that Caitlynne and Denise had an outfit picked out for me already. They chose a pair of dark denim shorts and a pink loose tank top with a pair of black vans. I quickly put my hair in a fish tailed side braid since it was 11:58 now and waited for Hayes, lucky me he came once I was all finished.

"Hey, so do you wanna tell me where we are going?" I asked him

"Nope it's a surprise" He replied

It wasn't very far because we were walking there. Or at least I hope he wasn't making me walk far. We were walking for about 10 minutes and I started to get tired.

"Hayes are we almost there?" I asked well more like complained

Hayes P.O.V

"Hayes are we almost there?" Nicole complained, she was so cute when she complained

"Almost just a few more minutes" I replied "Okay we're here" I said and Nicole got all excited

"Yeah, but where are we?" She asked

"What does it look like, we're at the park" I said in a duh tone

"I know that but why?" she asked

"Because I know how immature you are"
