"Sir, before we pick the members, shouldn't we decide who their manager is?" Youngmin asked grabbing all the female trainee files. "Who's to say I haven't?" Sooman pressed a red button on his phone before his assistant's voice filled the room. "Bora-ssi, please send in Yo Geon."

Personality: He is very cheerful and friendly, which are traits he gained from previously being an idol. He knows how to deal with situations pertaining to fans, and he usually puts the girls before himself even if he's the one that needs help. It seems he has unlimited energy, and he uses it to stay up late into the morning working on schedules for the girls. He's protective over the girls, and treats them like younger sisters at times, and he is also protective over his former members over his past idol days.

Background: Yo-geon was raised in Busan for the first decade of his life, but later moved with his family to Bangkok to take care of his ill grandmother. His mother is Thai-Korean and his father is full Korean. He moved back to South Korea, Seoul to be exact, when he was scouted by SM at age 14. He debuted not even two years afterwords, and continued to be an idol for ten years before the group sang their final performance and disbanded when he was 25. He continued to stay apart of SM, helping with other groups and trainees, before he was assigned his own group to be the manager of.

"Hello PD-nim. You called?" Yo Geon bowed as he walked in the office and sat at Sooman's desk. "Yah, you only greet CEO-nim and not me?" Youngmin flicked him. Yo Geon quickly stood up and bowed again. "Sorry, I didn't see you." he sat back down and looked at the files in front of him. "How have you been, my son?" "I've been well. I've been working with NCT 127 and I'm confident 'Limitless' should bring in a few wins." Sooman nodded. "That's good but that's not what I called you in for. As you may have heard, SM is planning on releasing another girl group." Yo Geon nodded. "Instead of having Youngmin pick them, we decided that you should pick the girls since you're going to be managing them." "Oh that's cool! Wh- wait what? I'm going to be their manager? Not to question your judgement, but are you sure that's a good idea?" Sooman smiled, nodding. "You know almost all of the trainees and what it's like being an idol. You're what's best for this group." He nodded hesitantly. "Good, now you have a week to pick all nine members. Tell us as soon as you pick a member so we announce them to the media." Again, Yo Geon nodded. Bowing once again, he picked up the 30 files and left the office.
