That One Night

Part 16

We are now back on our earth. Yesterday we were on earth 2 getting Jesse, i can't forget what i saw and the life i had over there. Harry told us not to talk about, but i need to tell Caitlin what i saw, with me and her.

"Barry are you okay you have been acting weird ever since yesterday?" Caitlin asks walking into the cortex and taking a seat by me

"No. I was told not to tell you about what happened over there but I'm going to anyways" I explain as i grab her hand pulling her into an empty room

"What is so bad that you have to tell me here?" She asks confused

"Because if Harry and Cisco find out i told you they will be mad" I explain

"I met all of us...Everyone here i met over there. We all had different lives'" I try explaining

"Okay?"

"My parents were both alive" I tell her

"Barry that must have been hard talking to you mom again" She says

"Yeah but that's not it....I was married to Iris on that earth, we were together and i wasn't with you like we are now" I explain to her noticing her face hasn't changed

"Barry it doesn't matter. I love you. I don't care that you weren't with me...This is our earth, whatever happened over there it doesn't matter" She says pulling me in for a hug

"What about me and Cisco?" She asks as she sees me tense up

"You were both super villians. Cisco was a villain called Reverb" I explain

"And me?"

"You were a vicious ice queen named killer frost who really liked to kill people. You worked for zoom" I say quickly

I see her face surprised, speechless. I would be to if i found out that i am a murderer with ice powers

"I'm not Killer Frost. I don't have powers and i am not a meta" Caitlin says looking down

"Hey it's okay. Whatever happened there we can just forget about it. We got Jesse back and everything worked out" I say trying to cheer her up

"Your right. We are not going to get caught up in that world...Now let's get out of here" She says as we both walk out and back out to the cortex

After a while I see Caitlin standing before Jay's helmet in its display case

"How are you doing?" I ask walking up next to her

"Fine. So where is Harry" She asks

"Spending time with Jesse"

"Barry i will be okay. I know you didn't like him but i know you miss him too" She explains

"Yeah"

1 hour later...

As Me, Cisco and Caitlin are in the cortex we here footsteps walking towards us. We see Dig and Lyla.

"Dig...Lyla? What are guys doing here?" I ask walking over to them

"So King Shark escaped Argus custody and he is coming here" Lyla explains

"Well that's great what does he want this time?" I ask

"He wants to kill you. He keeps saying the same thing over and over again" Dig explains

"Okay. Where is he?" Caitlin asks

"I don't know we were hoping Cisco could track him" Lyla says

"Great well if only harry was here, he could shoot him again" I say walking over to the computer with Cisco

"How do you lose a giant shark walking around on two legs" Cisco asks

"It's harder than you think. We will find him just watch your backs" Lyla says as both her and Dig walk out

"Okay. So now what do we do?" I ask both Cisco and Caitlin

"Well if i were you i would go warn Joe and Iris about this"

"Your right Cait. I will be back soon" I say before quickly running out and over to my house

I walk in to see Joe and Iris watching TV on the couch

"Guys we have a problem"

"Whats wrong this time" Iris says not looking away from the TV

"King Shark is back and he is coming to kill me"

"What. Barry what do we do?" Joe asks

"Don't worry what's the chance that he will come..." Before i can finish my sentence i hear loud stomping from outside

"Uh oh" I run outside to see King Shark walking towards my house. I quickly run to S.T.A.R labs grabbing my suit and telling Cisco and Caitlin.

I run back to where King Shark is and try to get him away from my house

"Cisco call Dig. Tell them i found him" I say through the earpeice

"Hey come and get me!" I yell trying to lure him to S.T.A.R labs where both Dig and Lyla are both waiting

At S.T.A.R labs...

"Barry where is he?" Dig asks

"He's coming be prepared"

We hear stomping, so Dig and Lyla hold up some sort of guns that could paralyze him. I run back inside to protect Caitlin and Cisco if anything happens, all of a sudden we hear shots fired. Eventually there was silence.

"Barry go check on them" Cisco says

I go outside to see King Shark on the ground unconscious

"Nice job guys. What are you guys gonna do with him?" I ask

"We will take him back to Argus and try to figure out a way to get him back to a human being. Thanks for your help Barry" Lyla says walking over to the rest of the Argus agents

"Hey Bare...thanks" Dig says

"Yeah. Anytime. Say hi to Felicity and Oliver for me"

"Will do...and I'm glad you and Caitlin are together, based on the way Felicity described your relationship it seemed you were perfect for each other" Dig explains

"Just like Oliver and Felicity"

"They are there quite yet . Catch you later" Dig says leaving

I walk back into S.T.A.R labs to see everyone standing around

"Hey guys what's up?" I ask a bit confused

"Caitlin has something to tell us" Iris says

"I think i know who zoom is" She blurts out

"Who?" Cisco asks

"Jay" She says catching all of us by surprise

" Zoom needs your speed because he is sick. Without the speed force in his system he is dying and that's what is also happening to Jay. I should have put it together sooner" She explains

"I have been vibing zoom a lot whenever i have been near his helmet" Cisco says

"And you say this now" Joe raises his voice

"I thought it was nothing" Cisco explains

This can't be happening...not again. I have trusted someone who wanted to help me. And they turned out to be trying to kill me or end my life...again.

"Barry are you okay" Caitlin ask as she puts her hand on my shoulder

My first instinct is to scream but i decide to run. I don't know where to go but i run to some cliff, i just needed to get the anger out.

"Ahh!"

I can't believe this happened. What am i going to do?
