POV Jack

Today was a day of fun. Like any other day.  I felt the mountain breeze on my pale skin, it was cold but it didn’t bother me. It hadn’t bothered me for over 300 years that I’ve lived. I flew around the mountainside, following a path formed from mountains that are near other mountains. It was nice way to explore world while on my yearly leave from my duties as a Guardian. You may have heard of me but it is a different story if you really believe in me you can see me. My name is Jack Frost.

I practice my skills on the top of the snowy mountains because of summer puts the winter to a pause. Suddenly while I was flying,  my nose catches a salty scent. It is somehow familiar scent, I try to remember what it could be.

“The ocean!” My deep ice blue eyes became wide open.

“It must have been like… like.. 50! No, a hundred years since I last time saw ocean!” My face slowly turns into an excited smile. “ I think that.. “ I watch to the ground that is 100 feet below me, I did a swirl of snow and wind and it was dancing on the surface of the mountain..

“I think that I will do a little practice… or maybe a stunt? Then I will be spending my warm summer holiday on a  beach! “ I stop wawing my staff and the swirl slowly turns off. Instead I now hold the staff in my both hands and push it forward and determination was all over on my face. Then I speed forward. As a result I caused a small avalanche but I checked before that it was safe to create.

“ Wow, that was a good one!” I holded the staff in my hand watching it shimmering with frost and there was something new on it. North carved my name on it and some excellent snowflakes but if I would do a snowflake it would be utterly perfect.

I raised my eyebrows and started to smile. I rush through the air towards the ocean laughing like a mad man. This is something I needed! Jamie and his friends grew older and soon there is no mortal FRIENDS that can see me anymore. I needed to do something different to get that thought out of my head.
