POV Jack

It had been a month now since she promised to be my wife and even better I will be a father. Currently I’m flying back to Arendelle from a country from far away. It’s may so I figure that there will be spring and next month is our marriage ceremony.

I hope Elsa is doing fine. I had to leave her for a month because I had to do some guardian work tracking Pitch – which didn’t work out and make it snow in few places that had late spring this year. I ride in the wind and occasionally go closer to ocean surface and splash some water with my hands. Swimming is out of the question though.

There it is. Arendelle, I see Elsa’s castle where she is the Queen. I hope that she is not mad because I didn’t have time to visit. Next month will be busy when we do final touches to our wedding, I mean the invitations have been sent so there is some simple things to arrange anymore. Right?

I flew to her bedroom. “ Hi my sweetheart.” I think I saw a glimpse of happiness on her face and then she started to scary me.

“Jack, where have you been? We need to do lots of things. “ She gave me a list and I swear it was one feet long. “ We need to decide the theme, flowers, music, colors, food, party favors, sitting order etc.” My eyes came wide and I was shocked. “Well my dear, I just need you and our friends.”

“But Jack. The whole town is invited and your fellow guardians and my family.” Elsa was freaking out.

“Elsa calm down. Think about the baby. Are you sure about the towns people? They will think you’re odd because most people don’t see me.” I hugged her and touched her lips with my hands so she would be quiet.

She started smiling. “Oh yeah, about that. We made a campaign in our town so this is the world’s one and only place where everyone believes in guardians. Even the adults do.”

“Uh.. You’re joking? “ she shook her head from side to side. “Wow that’s amazing!” I yelled and lifted her in the air.

The doors slammed open and I saw a guard in the opening. I was still holding Elsa in the air and just stared at the guard. “ Are you alright your highness?” He looked in the room and stared at me straight in the face. “ I’m sorry my Queen for interrupting. Please tell us before you have visitors or the future king visiting.” He bowed.

“ You may dismiss” Elsa said to her guard. “Quite annoying but Anna insisted that I have a guard outside my door since becoming pregnant and engaged to you. She kissed me on my lips and I gently put her back on her feet.

I let my hand go through my hair. “Well, I guess they do see me but about that king thing. I cannot be a king because I have other duties and I’m immortal. You know.” I watched her closely and was uncertain about her reaction.

She took my hand and pulled me to sit with her on her bed. “I won’t be expecting that from you and I know it. They don’t know it yet. I will leave my throne after I become the guardian someday.” She was so sure and determined looking while speaking to me. “ You told me that after marrying you I will someday and somehow die and become a guardian and can stay with you. Anna knows this too but Kristoffer doesn’t. He might have some issues becoming a king but we think that he will start to like it. “ She laughed.
