"I can't wait to make snowmen during the holiday!" Jackson chirped, enjoying the warmth given off from the mug in his hands.

"You're not going home for the holidays?" Mark inquired. Jackson shook his head, staring down at the steam rising from his mug. "Why?" The blonde rested his head on one of his hands and Jackson shrugged.

"I just don't feel like missing out, I guess. It's my first time seeing snow anyways!" Jackson admitted cheerfully.

It had been almost two month since they'd met and the temperature had began to drop slowly, a sign of the nearing snow and holidays. The reminder of their break made Mark overjoyed at the thought of grabbing the first flight back to LA.

Mark heard a deep sigh from the person opposite him. He stared at the younger, waiting for him to speak. "You know, I don't understand why you always scoff and roll your eyes when I talk about butterflies or a really nice cup of coffee or Namjin or that one time I told you I only drink orange juice at clubs," Jackson raved, a frown on his face as he waited for Mark's reply. The older shrugged.

"It's childish, and Namjoon and Jin are cringey," he answered. Jackson gasped in utter shock and horror.

"I CAN'T BELIE-" he blurted loudly, stopping himself before he could say anything stupid. "Okay, okay. Why do you think of it that way?" Mark blinked at the sudden calmness of the younger's voice.

"Because I just do," he stated flatly.

"Fine." Mark stared at Jackson quietly for a few moments, utterly confused by what had happened in the last ten minutes.

"Wanna make a bet?" Jackson asked.

"I don't gamble."

"It's not for money."

"Okay," Mark breathed.

"Okay. The bet is: if I'm able to teach you how to appreciate those childish things with another childish thing. You'll have to participate in every school event for two months. But, if I'm not able to accomplish my task then I'll buy you anything you want - regardless of price - and I'll take you anywhere, anytime," Jackson explained.

"That's not fair!" Mark whined, "my punishment is practically torture and yours is already something you're okay with." Jackson frowned, nodding and internally dying because Mark had caught on.

"Fine! I won't partake in organic stuff for two months," Jackson blurted sorrowfully after thinking about it. Mark gasped.

"But you love organic stuff!" he exclaimed.

"I know!" Jackson yelped, making crying sounds. Mark moved to Jackson's side and patted his back as a way to comfort him.

"Deal," he breathed, shutting his eyes like he was about to be punched.

"Yay!" Jackson yelled, immediately pulling Mark into a hug.
