Chapter 20

I loose the one I love

Yeah I can't handle any of this ! I can't believe I'm actually going to fight for the live of my life, I don't know how this will go, if I will succeed or will I fail and fall into a pit of depression...

The beginning of this chapter reads I loose the one I love but I don't even know who will die. I don't even know what's going to happen even though I'm telling you this story.
Well we don't want to ruin the surprise....

FLASH BACK TO WHEN I WAS YOUNG
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

"Ryder, Aim... and slowly squeeze the trigger..."
BANG !
The bullet traveled through the air and striking the hanging pig across the room...
"Well done, now pull back the top allowing you to reload, here you press this, and catch the mag that falls out and put the next mag in and pull the top..."
I do as he instructs and the gun makes a small click indicating it has reloaded,then I lift the gun....
Aim....
And I slowly squeeze the trigger....
I hold the gun tight so I don't let the gun throw me back, and the gun stays still, but the bullet travels and hits the pig.
"Can I try one hand ?"
"Let me show you how..."
He takes the gun and puts it in his right hand, aims. His legs are shoulder width apart,left hand is hanging but his right hand is locked.
He empties the mag and firing each and every bullet, each one hitting the pig in head.
He hands me the gun, I empty the gun and reload it with another mag and I follow how my dad indicated...
"Shoulder width...
Lock your arm...
Aim...
Now empty the mag !"

BACK TO THE PRESENT

We stop at the building which we believe Estelar is in, so we get out slowly, telling the SWAT team to stay a few blocks down and to slowly drive down and give us a chance to examine the building.

"You ready ?"
"Yeah let's get this done with..."

I pull my gun out the hostile, and we aim at the door and slowly move towards the abandon building, it's grey and you could tell no one has been here for a long time.

We hold our guns against the door, we slowly open the door and aim inside. We see all the guns men inside so we take cover, we look around to see if there are others...

Then SWAT pull outside and they follow us inside, so we take them out one by one but as quiet as possible. Not allowing them to hear us but to at least ten allowing it easier for us to knock them out.

We make our way to the top of the building where we believe Estelar is. I wait at a corner, out of no where my partner comes and taps my shoulder, signaling me that his ready and I can go.

Mathew is behind my partner, tapping his shoulder, and so on with the other SWAT team...

"MATHEW WHY ARE YOU HERE !?"
"I want to help !"

We start to whisper as loud as we can...

"No go back before you get hurt !"
"No I want to help !!"
"NO !"

We hear a woman's scream in he building above us, there's no time to shout at Mathew, even when there's a chance that, the scream we all just heard was Estelars scream....

We all pull out our guns and make our way slowly up the stairs....

Mathew, Ricky, and I are going to the top floor while the SWAT team goes and scouts the rest of the building.

We all look at each other, but as we all take in deep breaths, by my partner and I surprise, Mathew bolts for the door and hits it down....

By our surprise we actually spot Estelar, a man is choking her and another pointing a gun to us. They both turn to us and aiming, ready to fire at any time....

Mathew lifts his gun to fire, and all of a sudden it feels like time slows as I see the man squeeze the trigger aiming it at Mathew.

With out hesitation, I leap in front of Mathew as the bullet travels towards him...

Then.

I feel impact in my lower back...

"RYDER !"

They all scream as Ricky fires two bullets into the two mean, and then collapsing next to me...
Allowing Estelar to hold on to me....

I lift my hand up to her crying face, I run away the tears on her face, while Mathew is trying to hold the blood in my body...

"Mattie ?"
"Ryder ! Stay with me !"
"Take good care of Estelar for me.... will you ?"
"No Ryder that's your job !"
"Just please promise me you will keep her safe..."
"I promise Ryder..."

He lets my hand fall and allowing Estelar to continue to cry...
but all I can do is look up

And let myself go, into what they describe, the "bright" light....

"You ready Ryder ?"
"Who's there ?"
"It's me...."
"Who ?!?"
"Your father..."
