I know I was supposed to publish this yesterday, but I got lazy and side-tracked. The 5th chapter goes up tomorrow and the 6th on Saturday. Next week is only 1 or 2 updates since I have a project. The week after that in 2-3 chapters, 4 if my schedule isn't busy. I'm finishing this at 10:55 pm PST, so this is not proofread. This chapter is 2001 words and is the longest so far.Yuzuru pov.
I woke up to a shrill ringing of my phone. I quickly pick it up since didn't want to wake Shoma up.
"Hello", I must sound so groggy
"Yuzuru, where are you?" It was Brian
"Oh, I forgot my key in my room so I'm staying over at Shoma's" I whispered.
"Oh...." There was something in Brian's voice that I couldn't decipher. I also heard Javi talking and laughing in the background. "Anyway, get back soon, we have to leave the hotel at 10:00."
I turn off my phone and set it on the drawer next to me. Shoma is still curled up next to me, with his head resting on my chest. His soft breathing. His rising chest. It felt like I was in heaven. I look over to the clock to 8:30 flashing in red. I should wake him up or else he'll be late and really agitated.
"Shoma. Shoma. Shoma wake up."My whisper was just audible enough that he starts groaning.
"It's 8:30" He rolls off my chest and faceplants into the pillow and groans.
He rolls his head to the side. He looks so groggy yet so adorable at the same time.
"Good morning, Shoma" I smiled at him. Ugh, I want to squeal. He looks so cute.
"Good morning, Yuzuru" Oh my god, and he had that husky morning voice. The heavens are testing me.
"I have to go pack. Brian and Javi are waiting for me, but thank you for sharing your room with me."
"Oh, it's nothing. You're welcome." Shoma sits up and smiles at me. The sunlight shining around him makes him look like an angel.
I quickly get my shoes and phone and hurry back to my room.
Shoma pov.
My cheeks are burning up. To think I shared a bed with him. Not to mention I was laying on his chest. That sort of physical contact is way too intimate for me. I look to see that it's almost 9:00 and I have to be at the airport at 10:00, so I fly into a frenzy stuffing clothes, shoes, toiletries and other miscellaneous items into my bag.
I get to the airport just in time for my flight. I spent 17 hours on the plane and get to Nagoya at noon the next day. I was exhausted. I couldn't sleep on the plane and that resulted in me listening to music and trying to use the plane's crappy wifi for 17 hours. The moment I exited the plane, I was escorted to baggage claim. It was already tough traveling, and then there's me traveling with 3-4 suitcases and Mihoko-sensei with 2 of her own.
The moment hers arrive, she leaves for her cab and leaving me alone in an airport. It's already nerve-wracking enough to talk to reporters, and now I have to talk to airport staff if I need help. But Mihoko-sensei needs to get back to her family, so I don't blame her. It's the end of the season and everyone is excited to be united with their families again.
I hear the notification ping from my phone.

H: You out yet?
S: Yeah, where are you?
H: I'm at exit 4?
