A/N: Chapter dedicated to one of my good, close friends korvescence_9. I love you! See you in the comment section!
PS: My profile pic goes with hers 😍 #reyloPalbi's POV
We returned to the Finalizer and I've been working on getting myself together enough to train Yerha.I moved out of A-77 away from the painful memories and into A-55, with Yerha across the hall. The layout is slightly different, a more open consent. The kitchen has a view of the living room which holds no bookcase leading to a secret room. A small dining room with storage. A hallway that leads to an identical version of my first room from the closet with the ottoman in the middle, the large vanity in the bathroom, and completed with a large shower and tub next to it.
I received two days off, one to move and another to rest. Yerha has been told to stay in her room until I come to get her. Troopers have been bringing her food, but she hasn't dared stepped out.
I like how she obeys me without question, how she looks up to me like I'm her idol, although I haven't been in control that long.
I wake the third morning since my return and send a guard over to Yerha to tell her to be ready in an hour.
I take my time making hot cocoa and pancakes for breakfast and eat equally as slow. Instead of my three buns, I put my hair in one simple bun near the bottom of my head. I get dressed in uniform after debating on to wear training clothes or not, but decide against it.
I look at my clock and see it's been 55 minutes since I sent them over. I decide to leave anyways.
I step across the hall and knock harshly.
Yerha opens the door with her hair in a braid and a red and black training outfit on. "Ready?" She asks me.
"Follow me." I instruct. We walk silently to a training room, different from before. There's weight machines, weapons on stands, mats still lining the floor, and a water jug in the corner.
"How in touch are you with the force?" I ask.
"Strong enough to do-"
I force push her backwards and into a wall.
"Now isn't the time to be cocky. I may have agreed to train you, but I can still slaughter you." I look down at her on the floor. "Now let's try that again. How in touch are you with the force?"
"I can send waves of strength and see visions of the future." She stands back up.
"Can you move objects? Sense someone's next move? Block people from your mind?" I ask.
"No."
"Anything, besides seeing my arrival and being able to send people flying?"
"No." She looks at her feet.
I walk over to the water jug and grab a paper cup from it, the grab the trash can next to it. I bring it to the center of the room and flip it over, placing the cup on it.
"Throw the cup."
She smiles and force pushes it and wobbles the trash can.
"Pick it up." She goes to walk over and get it. "With the force." I roll my eyes behind the mask.
"Oh." She stretches her hand out and closes her eyes trying to lift it. Her face becomes sour and the cup wiggles a little.
"And you think you're so tough? You can't even lift a cup."
"I just need some practice, but you choose not to train me the past few days."
"You could have trained in your room."
"By myself? No I need some-"
She begins chokes on her words and grabs at her throat and collar.
" Be careful not to choke on your attitude, apperitince." I sneer and turn to leave, releasing her neck.
"Bitch." She mumbles.
I turn and throw her body into the wall and she falls to the floor with a thump.
I walk over and she cowards backing away from me into the corner.
"All actions have reactions." I begin. "Learn your place and don't step out of line." I stand looking down at her again. "Is that clear?"
"Yes." She says on the verge of tears.
"Good. Now be prepared for training later this evening." I turn and leave the room this time, leaving her to find her way back.
Ben's POV
I wake the third morning in Rey and I's room. The room brings back memories I try to shove aside.I walk out onto the balcony as the sun shines down warming me up. A pair of hands slide around my waist and I smile and place a hand over them.
"Good morning." Alexa says into my back.
I turn and wrap my arms around her while leaving against the balcony. "Morning." I say back and begin running my fingers through her hair.
"How did you sleep?" She asks still leaning into me.
"Better, less nightmares."
"Are they still about Rey?"
"Yes. Last night we were about to battle on a snowy planet."
"Hoth?"
"Yeah, I think so. She stood their with her saber ignited, but looked confused. Lost you know." I keep playing with her hair. "Like she heard me finally, but thought she couldn't come back."
"Why wouldn't she be able to come back?" Alexa asks, pulling away to look at me.
"I don't know."
"We accepted you back."
"Yeah, but I'm the general's son."
"True, maybe if the war wasn't starting you could be together and have it not be complicated."
"Yeah, but we've come to war again. The First Order is looking for another base."
"I heard Hoth is a small base now. We may attack it."
"I think that's where my dream is going to take place." I inform her. "I'm not ready to face her again."
A/N: Sorry not song for this chapter.
